The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. There was a minor issue when I picked my mac up, they told me to bring it back in, resolved it promptly. Fair rates, great service, knowledgeable staff. Would recommend them.

Fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly help whenever I’ve needed them. Having the capability to use remote access and be charged for the actual time spent was a blessing. Saved me time and money and got the problem fixed right away!

I brought my external hard drive to Computer Hale after it crashed. The friendly staff retrieved the data in a timely fashion at a reasonable price, saving me the hundreds – and perhaps even thousands – of dollars it would have cost to obtain the information through an expensive data recovery service. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Computer Hale which is tucked away neatly upstairs on the second floor of a little complex on Lipoa St. in Kihei. Owner Eric is knowledgeable and gets to the problem quickly. Computer repair has always been reasonably priced. Eric’s staff is attentive and capable. On the bottom floor is Fabiani’s, which excels in thin crust pizzas, minestrone soup, and homemade pasta and baked goods.

Although (judging by the 2 grateful customers with computer problems who were there while we were) Computer Hale does not get rich serving people whose condo’s computer are down (second year this has happened) and, despite the fact they were closing in 20 minutes, the young, handsome man who helped us was wonderfully attentive and helpful and in 15 minutes we had our boarding passes. Bless them as we can rest a lot easier tonight before sadly flying away from this paradise. Thanks, Computer Hale!

I have taken my computer there a number of times – each resulting in success! They fix my problem or suggest a great alternative if the issue is past repair. Not only that, but the customer service is outstanding – they are friendly, knowledgeable and always timely with updates and returning the equipment. I highly recommend Computer Hale!

What a great business! Erik is awesome, attentive and knows his stuff! I don’t even live in Kihei, but have had Erik work on my computer remotely. Everytime he has fixed the problem. I recommended his services to a friend in England who was looking to buy a new lap top. He got in contact with her promptly and got her new lap top to her within 2 weeks! She said he was friendly, knowledgeable and found her a great deal on her computer. I highly recommend Erik and his business if you are lucky enough to live in Kihei!

They ordered my parts. Got a call yesterday informing me the parts were in. Dropped the laptop at 9:45, they called me at 11:30 tell me it was ready and working great…

After dropping my iPhone in the ocean while on vacation I wa desperate to find a place to dry it out and repair it quickly. I found Computer Hale via Craigslist and when I called Tyrone agreed to open on a Sunday to see what he could do.
We met and and discussed charges and, after an initial inspection, I left my phone and was pleasantly surprised by several calls giving me updates and letting me know of the progress. The phone was fixed in less than 24 hours and I was charged exactly what I expected.
I wish we had this kind of service on the mainland!
