We shopped around starting at a big name dealership in Kahului and was very much dissatisfied. We stopped at South Maui Motors neighbors and were not impressed either. I am so happy we came here. They were respectful of myself and my husband and listened to all of our needs. They let us test drive whatever vehicles we thought could fit our needs and helped us by giving us USEFUL suggestions. They went way above and beyond in order to get us in a car with the down payment we had. It may be a small lot and they may need to call their guys for one to come when needed but this car place is by far the best we found. We didn’t mind the wait, it was relaxing and everyone was friendly and chatted to pass the time with ease. Thank you for getting us in to the KIA we wound up purchasing.

Kevin, the mechanic, is awesome!!! Great guy. Honest, talented and punctual. If you need some work definitely ask for him. Wish I could just give him 5 stars. Was a little disappointed in the company though. I bought my car there and unfortunately didn’t check a often overlooked item when I signed the papers. When I realized they it didn’t work a few months later, Kevin fixed it for less than $ 40 but with the referrals I’ve sent them I would have thought they would have picked up this small tab as a sign of good customer service. Just sayin.

Such great service here. I really couldn’t afford to get new tires but really needed and the owner said I could pay later. Everyone talked to me very respectfully and the workers were really friendly. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone. Fixed my car up like a dream too :). Overall very pleased.

Saw an ad for a safety check for $ 19.95 and was like awesome I’ll go do it on my lunch break. Took over a hour to do a safety check. I don’t think they do them anymore. The girl was nice in the office that I startled in the back text/​playing on her cell phone. Told me to wait for the guy and he showed up about 10mins and she said oh yeah he needs a safety check. Just not run very well or so that was my experience.

I have done my car safety check and replaced tires.
Ricky the sales manager is very nice and helped out, this place and the people who work there have a very good energy.
Highly recommended. Will do service again with them.
