I have been going to PSA for a few years. I started in their office in Cove and am now in their one in Killeen. I am very happy that they have an ambulatory clinic here in Killeen so that I don’t have to drive all the way to Austin anymore. I was told to be there at 7:30 and I arrived at 7:25 and there was no one there. The doctor showed up and he asked if I had been helped and when I said no he told me someone would be right out and soon after there was but it was someone that had never worked the front. She was very nice but she didn’t know what she was doing. In the back I was asked where I wanted my IV and I said my arm. The nurse tried to put it in my hand and of course popped the vain and then moved to my arm like I asked. Other then that it was a great and I have one more visit and I hope that I won’t have to go back after that!

I was in a ton of pain when I first came to PSA… Although the doctor can be abrasive, he did do a very effective procedure which helped a ton! Brittany is great and works with the patients to find the best treatment plan.
