bad bad bad!!! i would give zero stars if that was an option. worst bait and switch advertising i have ever experienced. we did not use them! very unprofessional, cheap equipment. the the guys showed up and they were like bad used car salesman! don’t waste your time with this company! they do not care about the job they do or the customers! do yourself a favor and call someone else!

Let me start out my saying do not use this company. I had my couch steam cleaned on 9÷5÷14. I called today 9÷20÷14 to tell them that I needed them to come back out. They have a 15 day warranty on their services. The owner said they wouldn’t be able to send anyone out today because they are too busy. Therefore they wouldn’t uphold my warrant anymore even though called within the 15 days. So basically, if you use them hope the if you need them to come back out that they’re not too busy otherwise you will end up paying for the same service again. How convenient for them. The owner also got loud with me on the phone because I told him this was unfair. He told me too bad. If you want to be treated like crap the use them. Otherwise if you want to deal with a real professional choose any other company.
