The horchata was ok. It took FOREVER to get our food and there was nobody in there. The burrito looked so big, but when I ordered it, it wasn’t all that big.

Their Green Salsa was really good. Food is as Authentic as I’ve found in the Killeen area thus far.

Best breakfast in Killeen. Friendly staff and family oriented. Fair prices and an all around mom and pop feel. Highly recommended!

I will never go to this place again. I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 tacos. I waited for 15 minutes to get my food and no one else was there. I got to work and opened the bag and saw grease pouring out of the foil. When I opened the foil all I could see was a disgusting mess it looked as if they poured the grease over the tacos. I threw them away and will not waste my money there ever again.

Service was soooo slow, I ordered the ground beef nachos and the meat was not properly cooked! Yuck

Alright so a review for this place is well overdue. It’s a small setting but that’s not an important factor unless you’re trying to invite your second cousins twice removed & their extended families. This place has a food court feel because there are no walls in between itself, Bobby Lupo’s & Shipley’s. It’s a clean place & the parking lot is small but I guess it’s a good thing the have a drive thru to help with traffic flow & those who refuse to lay a foot out from their vehicles. I ordered a Carne Asada burrito with no avocado. I am not fond of the buttery texture unless it’s in the form of a smoothie. The meat was plentiful & delicious. It’s the closest I’ve tasted to home cooked Mexican food. I don’t know about everything else on their menu but what I’ve had here so far is to my expectations. Now the Horchata on the other hand, although they are very generous with the proportions, I’m not used to how it tasted but it wasn’t bad. I can’t explain the taste so you’d have to figure that one out for yourself. Customer service was also good. Overall, a decent experience. I do plan on coming back.

I had the chicken Chile relleno, husband had bistec ranchero. The rice was not very good, the Chile relleno was good but was just eh… the bistec was bathed in salt, cooked in salt, and overall was just meat flavored salt. Husband doesn’t like salty food. so we stuck around to be nice. I don’t think we will be eating here again. I can always cook better food than this at home. So no real hard feelings here.

This place is a nice little spot to go to lunch. Not pricey, great salsa, good food. Waitress was very humble and our food came out very quickly. I am very satisfied!

I’ve gotten take out here a few times, and finally sat in for breakfast today. The place doesn’t have a lot of imagination, décor wise, but it’s a friendly spot with pretty decent food.
I’m a particular fan of the breakfast deals here. You can feed 3 people a lot of food, coffee, and leave a solid tip for just $ 20. That’s tough to beat.
Staff here is friendly, give good service, and are attentive.
This is officially becoming a regular morning spot for me.

Best breakfast tacos in the area. Six tacos come to about $ 5.70 and you get salsa with every two. The salsa is very delicious and you can tell that it’s freshly made. Sometimes it’s mediocre, because it’s freshly made, but the gamble is worth. The breakfast tacos are the reason I keep coming back. I’ve tried dinner (drive-​thru) and the portions were very small. The rice and bean portions were shit and that kind of side is filler. I don’t need ¼ cup of refried beans because they taste excellent… The gordita is surprisingly complex and delicious and my sister loves the shrimp tacos.
I rate 4/​5, because of the breakfast tacos… I don’t go anywhere else. I get egg/​bean and egg/​chorizo. The egg/​bacon alot of times the bacon is undercooked and chewy. For dinner, it’s okay. If shrimp tacos on corn tortilla is your thing go for it, but the sides are miniscule. Also, do not go across the street to Mexican blah blah market number 3. That place sucks ass butter and the clerks don’t even know what’s being cooked or how.

Get the salsa verde. I love the tacos here. I usually get 3. I got 2 breakfast burritos and that was pretty huge. I recommend the bean and cheese for breakfast and bacon is always good. Also, great price and good service. The tortillas are moist and warm. Might pass for hand made, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they were factory made either. Eggs have great consistency and the contents are well balanced. Maybe you could add more bacon, but that’s true of anything containing bacon.

The building is shared with a open area of a pizza place & shipleys donuts. However they have their own little spot with table I chairs.
The service here is ok, they’re not super friendly but they’re not mean either. :)
I ordered the mushroom quesadilla. If you like mushrooms, it’s hands down amazing! & being a meat eater, I got full just eating half of it. It comes with pico de gallo, sour cream & guacamole.
This place has a drive thru, unfortunately the drive thru takes a while. I kept thinking they forgot about me lol

Not bad, not great, we mainly go here for convenience, because we live near here. The green sauce is good, better than the red salsa, and brings the food up a notch. I ordered shrimp once, never agains, because they did not devein the shrimp. The migas are not made correctly, no sauce what so ever, no pico de gallo or even salsa. The staff are friendly, but you do have to watch the drive thru. They will repeat the order back to you wrong e.v.e.r.y time. And if you order barbacoa tacos, make sure you ask for a plastic bag-​mine ended up in my front yard because the juice leaked through the paper bag.

Friendly waitress. Good place for lunch. Plates range from $ 8 to $ 12 with ample portion sizes.

Food here is pretty good, not terrible, but not the best Mexican food in the area. In the past, service was great, however the past three times I have gotten breakfast through the drivethrough, my order has been wrong. I hope they can fix this, as lately I am weary of going here in fear of not getting what I have ordered.

I live right down the road from here and we eat here on a pretty regular basis… love it. The food and the service are always on point.

Excellent value and the service was very friendly. We had a beef burrito and the mushroom enchiladas. Entrees are served with chips and salsa. It was pretty delicious. Great place to go especially if you’re on the run as the food came out very quickly.
