Just wanted to give a ‘Yelp’ to the home inspection that we received today from Tramel Property Inspectors. We are so happy that we chose Tramel Property Inspections to perform the home inspection of a property that we are purchasing in Killeen. I can’t imagine getting a more comprehensive inspection
Chris showed up on time and did a very thorough job of inspecting the home. The trait that I appreciated the most was his knowledge of the profession and the attention to detail that he provided. Buying a home is probably one of the most important purchases that someone makes. Having someone like Chris review the property was a great comfort in understanding the condition of the property.
I don’t plan on purchasing any more property in the near future, but I if do it will be inspected by Tramel Property Inspections… Job well done.

As a Buyers agent Realtor, Tramel Property Inspections is my go-to inspector. Chris is very professional and thorough in his inspections. He provides a full report that is easy to understand is always available if you have questions after the inspection. He welcomes the buyer to be present at the inspection and will take the time to walk them through the home, explain his findings and answer questions. He is also one of the most economical inspectors in the area.

If you’re new to home buying or a seasoned investor looking for an inspector who is thorough, pick up the phone and call Tramel Property Inspections (TPI).
Up-front, the company is small. In fact, when you call, you will likely speak to the owner/operator — Chris Tramel. He’s very friendly and extremely knowledgable.
I decided to tag-along with Chris while he inspected my home. What surprised me the most about Chis was, if I had any questions, and I mean ANY QUESTIONS, he would take the time to answer them thoroughly, each time with a smile. He makes the customer his priority.

My report was presented to me the following morning via email. Well packaged. Well presented. No ambiguity.

We are so happy with our experience, I wanted to share. We are new to the area and wanted our brand new home to be inspected prior to closing. I chose Tramel because of the previous review, and because he is a fellow Veteran. He was easy to talk to, very friendly, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. It was easy to make an appointment and he was so flexible– this really helped us with our tight deadlines. Thankfully, he found an electrical problem that nobody else had noticed, and we were able to get it fixed prior to moving in.
