Like the others the service one receives here is subpar. The staff are incompetent, I saw a mouse run through the kitchen one time, and just other gross, disgusting things. It is this very McDonald’s that turned me off from them. Gross and dirty. I wonder how they stay in business.

This place has a tendency to make you shake your head and want to scream. Service is slow. Lines are extremely long during weekday lunch hours and moves at a snail’s pace. But even when visiting during non-peak hours you’ll find yourself waiting. Or getting your order wrong. Attitude of the employees? They could not care less. Seems to be an employee/process problem rather than the influx of peak hour customers. I’m not sure how to pinpoint the exact problem with this place — other than the fact that McDonalds needs to bring in an out of town, educated, business minded person to totally start from scratch with the employees here. Hire new people with some work ethic. Obviously remodeling the building didn’t help! Simply put… The only reason this McDonalds is still in business: It’s the only one in a 40 mile radius. Its fast food competition? Only KFC — and that place should be condemned too. Small town livin’!
