Dearest Unilocaler… just don’t do it. The food here is bland and unpleasant at best. Unedible is more honest. On our way home from Niagara, this is the first stop on the US side. We had a hungry 4 year old wake up from a 3 hour nap that wanted pizza and a hot dog. Found this little«gem», saw the reviews, and thought, why not? Let me just tell you why not: 1)garlic bread is a slice of bread with velveta on top. 2)bathroom smells horrible… not just unpleasant, horrible. 3)pizza was bland, heavy on the sauce(read mushy), and lite on the toppings. 4)my 4 year old wouldn’t even eat the pizza When my 4 year old chews up and spits out pizza you know it’s not good. The server was a sweet older woman who seemed completely overwhelmed with the four tables that she had. We ordered garlic bread, side salad and a large pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Our pizza came out uncut with what tasted like ground up hamburger with Italian seasoning mixed in. Honestly this was just a disappointment. My anti-social media husband actually requested that write a review… right after he told me to stop trusting Unilocalers blindly…

Visiting periodically from out of state … although grew up in Detroit, hello Buddy’s… this is really good pizza, get take-out. Been in Chicago for 30+ years and we take pizza seriously. Good good!

Visited from out of town and needed a quick dinner option. Called for a pizza – wasn’t sure of the quality or anything but was desperate. The place is a little old and outdated so I wouldn’t consider dining-in. The pizza was DELICIOUS! I am a Chicagoan… I am picky about my pizza! It was great! Definitely go for take-out.
