I went on a Sunday and around 1pm and they«ran out» of fajitas… When there is a wegmans down the street. Agree w everyone else, a really subpar chipotle

Really slow service, and tables are ALWAYS dirty. They also run out of trivial things like ice and guac. Seriously guys, this branch is doing a lousy job to the brand.

I enjoy Mexican food but this was the saltiest dining experience ever. I had a salad and all the elements — from the guacamole, to the black beans, and the sofritas — were over-salted to the point of being inedible. I often add salt to dishes, so it’s not that my palate is salt-sensitive. I won’t be going here again.

Out of corn tortillas today and very little ice. Arrived early before the rush of lunch hour. Very little parking due to crane. Last time I tried to go for lunch there was no parking due to piles of snow. Food wise– ok had steak burrito and steak was over cooked and too chewey, gristle like. The tortilla/nacho chips tastes different and then realized that it sort of taste like they were fried in bad or old grease.

Dirty tables and floors, slow service. Out of guac, chips and corn salsa on a Sunday at 6p.

Out of white and brown rice among other things at lunch hour. Settled for a salad which was mediocre, probably won’t return to this location. Not that others are much better anymore.

Messed up my online order by leaving out the guac — annoying since it’s an extra cost. The server who was also the cashier and cleaning tables filled a side of guac with no gloves and dropped it into the guac bowl. She then filled a second side from the now contaminated guac and pushed it in with her bare hand! I said never mind… She was doing the same thing with all the food prep bins, and didn’t wash her hands even after cleaning tables. Gross. Overall seems really poorly run and majorly disappointing for chipotle.

I love the food, but this is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The service is incredibly slow because despite having 12 people working there, only one person is actually doing their job. The rest choose to talk or sweep rather than making food for the line that’s building out the door. Where is the manager ensuring that everyone is doing their job? I tried online ordering to work around the long line, but they didn’t make my food until I got there and they still waited on the line before making my order. How does that make sense? So much for convenience. Also, my food sat out on their counter for five minutes until they could find an ingredient. What? So now my food isn’t ready AND I get to take it home cold? Wonderful. I’d rather drive out of my way to Plymouth Meeting than go to KOP. At least they know what they’re doing in Plymouth Meeting.

I’m a huge Chipotle fan. The quality of the food has been consistently good every time I’ve had it, and I have never been disappointed with its flavor and freshness. For that reason alone, I’m giving 4 stars. That said, I dined in at this location for the first time over the weekend, and was not impressed. The person creating my burrito bowl skimped on the ingredients(first time this has ever happened), and looked dumbfounded when I asked for more lettuce… which I guess she didn’t think she could fit because she’d initially put a tiny handful off to one side of the bowl. Also, part of the avocado stem was unpleasantly discovered in my guacamole. I think the layout of the restaurant is strange, with seats in front of the register — so I had people’s rear ends by my head while I was eating. And the place was pretty filthy. To top it off, I overheard other patrons complaining about the workers’ apathy and attitudes — definitely evident. Still, besides the avocado mishap, I left feeling very satisfied overall about my meal. Next time, though, I’ll take it «to go.» (Update: Went back a week later and got it to go. Same issue with not enough lettuce. Don’t be shy, Chipotle gang — load it on!)

First time eating at this restaurant. The staff was ok. I felt little rush ordering the food. We arrived around 9:30 pm and the place was packed. The place could do better when it comes to neatness. The food was great… I would try it again when the opportunity comes again

I’ve been going to so many chipotles that it’d be a full time job if I had to comment on every one I’ve been too. That being said, the reason why I had to comment on this one was because I left with a huge smile on my face. When I got into the place, there was a decent line forming so I just waited in line while reading some articles on my phone. It took a while but eventually I got to the front. Then a lady asked me what I wanted. She didn’t look thrilled because she was running the whole line by herself. That means pressing the buritto skin, putting the rice, beans, and meat in, adding salsa, cheese, etc. And the most impressive part was that she was handling me and three other people’s orders. I was just watching her and waiting for her to mess up but that didn’t happen. But the reason I decided to comment on this place(or her) isn’t mainly because I was impressed with her multitasking skills(even though I was). It was because SHEHOOKEDITUP! She loaded my burrito with so many beans, meat, salsa, etc. that I was thinking«Oh DAMN». But I was worried that she wouldn’t be able to contain it in the wrap and that it was gonna explode in the process. And then to my surprise, POOF, it’s wrapped. And it was so big that the foil couldn’t even fully wrap around the burrito(and I’m a hungry guy so this was literally food porn for me). Don’t forget, she pulled this off while taking care of three other orders(and making sure the cashier knew which was for what cuz he almost gave me someone else’s mini quesadilla). When I ate the burrito, it didn’t fall apart or anything! And the end of the burrito wasn’t as messy as it usually is for burritos of a regular size. As you can probably tell, I was pretty satisfied with her burrito work. I was so impressed I even wanted to tip her(but there was a line out to the door so I would’ve felt awkward just trying to get her attention). I just gotta say that every person at chipotle should make awesome burritoes like this burrito babe with the braided bun.

I was in the recently to eat lunch and the place was disgusting! There was food all over the tables on the floors EVERY trash can in the place was over flowing with trash. by the beverage area there was barely any knife and forks the tables weren’t wiped down and sticky with soda. I’ve came to this chipotle often since I live close and it just slowly turned into a disgrace so I stopped going and would recommend driving the couple extra minutes to go to qdoba

Fairly nasty place. Always dirty. Staff working the assembly line don’t really seems to care a whole lot about icy of anything. The food is okay, so I’ll give it 2 stars.

There is a shortage of parking here and the service is pretty slow for a Chipotle. Most Chipotles have a line going around the inside of the place and it’s no big deal because you know you’re going to get through it in about 5 minutes. I had 4 people in front of me when I walked in and it took me 9. The lack of parking limits volume, which doesn’t press this place to increase their efficiency. Sadly, this leads to cold food, as mine was lukewarm when I finally made it through. And it’s not the employees fault, they’re hustling, it’s a layout problem. While I was there, the line stopped twice for dressing. The person next to the cashier had to stop what she was doing to call for dressing, which was beyond the other end of the line. This caused the first guy(the one who grabs your bowl or tortilla) to stop what he was doing, go get a dressing and get it down to her. Then it stopped again for the second order that wanted dressing. The result of inefficient layout was that meals weren’t getting to the cashier in a timely manner, causing a backup in the flow of people through the line. Two people had to stop what they were doing to get dressing, slowing down the line. And rather than establishing a flow, each disruption caused a ripple effect through the process. Position the materials that each person is responsible for within arm’s reach of that person. That is manufacturing 101. Unless this problem is fixed, this Chipotle will not do the volume that it’s capable of. Every seat in that place should be packed during lunch. They weren’t and the cause is throughput. And parking.

Freshly grilled and quickly constructed food in King of Prussia next to the Mall … without having to go INTO the Mall? I couldn’t have dreamed of a better option than this Chipotle! Yes, parking is limited. Or else there would be too many people in line inside. Yes. It can be hard for volume restaurants to retain staff in this immediate area. But, Chipotle does a real good job of that here. If this doesn’t sound quite right to you, search for nearby burrito alternatives in and around the Mall. Give those places a try and then get back to us here on Unilocal and let us know.

Good food and service. Only thing that bothered me was how close you sit to the cars driving by on 202. Kinda scary because you could be eating and then the next minute be dead.

Don’t waste your time reading the essays below about people rating every single little detail and nuance about this location. It’s a Chipotle! It’s exactly like every other Chipotle(or Qdoba) you’ve ever been to: good, fresh food for okay prices with staff that is making minimum wage(and, thus, don’t really care about you or your order). They’re perfectly friendly, and I’ve never had an issue, but for under $ 10/hour, don’t expect them to be too enthusiastic about making sure your burrito bowl looks like a work of art. Review in 3 words: it’s totally fine.

Chipotle is one of the few restaurants that i have lunch regularly at. I eat at chipotles Atlwast 3 – 4 times a week during the weekdays. Since I was in the area for lunch, I thought what better could it be than chipotle. Service: I always had high regards for chipotle employees and their service. Not that the employees here were rude or anything, but looks like they just don’t care. The service was slow and as I type, I see a line all the way to the door.(No, it’s not because of the demand but because of the sleep service. Just to give an example — if at other chipotles it takes around 4 mins to complete my order and pay and leave, it took close to 8 – 9 mins for the whole process). State of the food: I have to admit, the food is gross. How can anyone mess up a chipotle order. It’s the same all across the country I suppose. I am attaching a pic with my review and u can see that the chicken is burnt. Not one, not two pieces of chicken, but all of them. Everytime I take a bite, I am able feel that charcoal taste. True, believe me. That’s why I stopped eating and started writing this review. The brown rice is cold and tasteless. It’s just brown rice boiled in water. I usually put fajitas in my order, but since they had like two peppers and onions in that container, I didn’t bother to add them to the order. That’s pretty much, those 3 important items which they have to cook, they managed to mess it up. The restaurant: Its dirty. It’s been close to 30 minutes I’ve been here and although all the tables are dirty, I didn’t see one of their employees come out and clean the tables. I saw a few customers including me, cleaning our own tables with napkins. Overall — not a good place to call themselves a franchise of chipotle. Will I come back here again. No. I don’t think so. I would go to many other restaurants that are around this place. The two stars I gave is because I was able to eat somehing for lunch and be done with. Nothing special here. Thank you

By far the best service and preparation in this area for this company. Everything was put together in a timely and professional manner. I had 6 tacos(hard) 3 chicken and 3 steak… All done perfectly. I was shocked at the difference between this location and Ardmore? This should be the role model store for some of the others to come and get trained again. If ur in kop it’s fairly new and on the main road right on the outside of the main lot.

King of Prussia has been going through plenty of rebuilding in the past five years. There’s now a casino, the biggest Target I’ve ever seen, and the King of Prussia Mall will become the largest mall in the country for a short period. All of that expansion would not be complete without a Chipotle. Everyone knows that having a Chipotle in your town is how you know you’ve made it. Well King of Prussia, the hundreds of millions of dollars was well spent. You’ve made it, Chipotle is here! I was so excited when I read the news about Chipotle opening that I became determined to become their first customer. So as you might have expected, I camped out front for a few days until the King of Prussia police caught wind of my mission. I mean, if you don’t want people camping somewhere, you should put up some«No Camping» signs — really. The exterior is slate grey to help keep up the industrial burrito feel we all love. As expected, the menu board contains no pictures of their menu items — so use your imagination people! Or just look at people while they’re eating, they won’t mind. There’s mostly bar type seating that can easily accommodate someone dining solo or in a group. The back contains a unique three-piece table with 17 seats. The area where you order isn’t too close to the entrance, which is smart so when the line is long, it doesn’t leave people waiting outside. There’s five small tables outside with umbrellas. My one major concern is the parking. Chipotle shares this small shopping area with two other retailers and they need to share about 40 parking spaces. It’s also in a weird corner where you could only make right turns into the parking lot from either Allendale Road or 202. Luckily, there’s a parking area in the mall complex on Allendale Road that no one uses. From there, it’s a two minute walk to Chipotle. You could also park on the ground floor of the mall’s parking garage, but then you would have to run up a huge hill. Sure, that seems fun when you and the crazy dudes from accounting can’t wait to get lunch. But keep in mind that after you’re done eating that two-pound burrito and the food coma sets in, you’ll then need to run(roll) down the hill into traffic… not that I know from experience. Enjoy! Try the burrito bowls.
