Great in store experience with Kim! No pressure, gave me my space and answered any questions I had in buying my first sofa. Arrangements for delivery were also easy and they agreed to help me out due to my odd work schedule. Can’t comment on the furniture itself other than the immediate love I felt for it as soon as I got comfortable in the fine Italian leather. Also, I will keep an eye on the delivery as it seems there have been a few bad experiences, but so far so good!

I will never do business with this R and F. The KoP location uses robo-calling to advertise sales; the voice on the line is the manager of this store. I have called the store to request being removed from the call list and left a message for the manager to personally contact me. He never phoned and I still get robo-calls when it’s sale time. We need to band together to put an end to this aggravating — and, in this case, since I’m on the National Do Not Call List — illegal practice.

We purchased a leather couch, recliner and king sized bed from this store in February. They were delivered by the most incompetant and dangerous people on the planet. It had snowed the day before the delivery. We placed drop cloths for them and asked them to walk on them. They refused to do this and trampled on our rugs with their wet dirty feet. When we pointed this out they refused to deliver our bed and left. Then they pulled down our power lines on the way down the driveway. Later that day another manager from their delivery group finaly delivered our furniture and wore covers on their feet. What an aggravating experience! There are too many other better companies to buy furniture. Think twice before buying from this company.

A couple words of advice: There is no pressure to complete the sale the same day for anyone except the sales people. Shop around the major holidays. Check prices at several R&Fs. Check prices at a R&F over a couple of days. Web and in-store prices don’t always match, compare them. This review is less about this particular R&F’s offerings because they’re all the same, but more about our experience with purchasing from this one. We bought a spare mattress and shopped around different R&Fs to see if we were really being given a no-haggle price. Turned out the price we were given at this location was slightly lower and extended an additional discount the others overlooked. We came in over a span of several days and found that eventually there was a web sale nearer to Memorial day and the price was lower. In the end we got the same mattress cheaper just because we waited. We worked with Vince Z. at KoP and had a really good experience. He gave us the first price and it happened to be the most comprehensive after we shopped around at other R&Fs. He was also great to work with when resolving issues with our delivery after the purchase. Recommend seeking out Vince if you’re looking to buy from the KoP store. Also, if their systems are down while inputting your order, double check with the office that the right codes were entered. We bought a mattress protector, but it was incorrectly entered as a warranty. Buyer beware!

Purchased a Dining room table set with 8 chairs and matching side bar. The original side bar broke in transit, so they ordered another. When they brought that one they dropped it off and still left all the plastic wrap and packing on it. When I went to unpack it and set it up which is what they should have done for the delivery and setup fee I found pieces missing and was unable to install the shelving. Since then I have called Raymour & Flanigan at least 5 times and they are still waiting for it to come in. It was ordered over 3 months ago. Decent furniture. Poor service. Setup and delivery did not complete the job I paid them $ 75 to do.

If you look on my profile, you will see I recently had a terrible experience trying to by furniture with Macy’s. Thankfully I ended up walking into the KOP Raymour and Flanigan, and they saved my living room. The sales lady was very friendly, and helpful, and knew what styles we were looking for. She answered our barrage of questions, and was professionally mortified when we told of our past attempt to buy a sofa. She helped us weigh pros and cons, and never pushed anything we weren’t big on. She sold us on a big, comfy Bernhardt leather sofa, with matching chair and ottoman. She went so far as to call up her delivery manager, at home, on his day off, just to double check she could get us our stuff in a timely manner, as we had schlepped out to KOP that day, and we were off the regular delivery path for them. She even got us the protection plan for pretty much free, just cause she felt bad. The delivery came in 5 days, and I had no less than three confirmations of the order, which was a big relief after my last experience of not receiving my furniture from Macy’s. Today I got a sweet Thank You card from her, which prompted me to write this today.
