Thomasville of King of Prussia

The in-​store staff were great (Anna was great to work with). Purchased $ 15K in furniture. Most of it came pretty quickly and as ordered. HOWEVER, they have screwed up our dining room chairs several times. Ordered in late September and still do not have them. They were nice enough to loan us chairs from the showroom for Thanksgiving. They need to tighten up their supply chain operations. This experience would give me pause the next time we need to buy furniture.

I cannot say enough about how happy I am with my recent furniture purchase from Thomasville in King of Prussia. I spent a lot of time looking for just the right sofa — went to many stores and perused many websites. Once I settled on a general style, it became a matter of who could work with me on the right fabric. Right before I headed back to Thomasville to seal the deal, I had gone to another well-​known furniture store for a lower priced sofa. Not only did they have a poor selection of upholstery, they also offered absolutely no assistance in deciding what would work in my living room. This is one of the greatest advantages of going to a store like Thomasville. Their sales people are actual designers who can advise you based on your color preferences and taste. My consultant was Anna, and she was phenomenal. I showed her photos of my living room so she could see my color scheme, and I told her what color I thought I wanted, and she went to work building me an incredible piece of art. She made excellent suggestions for the sofa fabric, the accent pillows, and even piping for the pillows. She was NOT just trying to milk me for more money. She was working to come up with a design I would be happy with. Two months later (yes, it takes awhile to custom-​build your furniture), I have the most gorgeous living room sofa, and I know I would not have come up with this design on my own. Yes, it was expensive, but you get what you pay for. I know I will have this sofa many years to come, because it’s absolutely splendid.

worst experience. They placed my order wrong, delivery co ruined my wall and the furniture had defects. I ordered 3 pieces and all were wrong or damanged. They said they would correct issues and here I am 3 months later with the damaged and incorrect pieces. They said they would refund my shipping and I had to call them 4x to follow up and each time they say they will do it yet I am still being charged.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
THEY DO NOT MANUFACTURE IN NC ANYMORE ITS ALL FROM CHINA YET THEY STILL CHARGE HIGH PRICES AND THE SUPPORT AT THE STORE IS EVEN WORSE.
