The best BBQ!
It may not be fast, because it’s not fast food, but it’s worth the wait!
Tri-​tip sandwich can come with peppers and caramelized onions but if you are a weirdo, then just get it plain… And it won’t disappoint!
On my way up north from LA, everytime… I call him in advance and get ribs, tri-​tip and rib tips for my family awaiting!
The meat is cooked to perfection, the sauce is smoky and not too sweet and my mouth waters just thinking about the perfect bite!
They have even created tri-​tip tacos!!! OMG DELICIOUS!

Tri tip tacos and hot link sandwiches. This amazing roadside stand has a simple menu, but it is nothing but delicious. I loved eating my sandwich under the rustic porch, drinking my soda out of a can, watching the caltrans road crews roll in for lunch. This is the heart of America.

Pretty good tri-​tip sandwiches. They come with only grilled onions. BBQ sauce and condiments are on the tables.
We ordered here instead of the restaurant at Bravo Farms, which we know is amazing, because we thought it would be faster. We were wrong. It took us more than 20 minutes to get our sandwiches.
Not the friendliest service, either.
It was fine, but not great.
