I had their cable and internet, and neither are worth bragging about. I cancelled the cable and found another provider. Had to keep the internet due to no other options. The internet is no better. I pay for the highest speed but receive low speed service. when i had their cable service i was out of quite a few channels for over a week, and the internet was still not good. I called to advise them and was told it was my television. Noone came to the house after they said they would. So i call back and was pretty much told well we called other customers to see if they were having problems first. After they received confirmation it was their service, noone even offered a snall credit to the account or any sort of empathy for the situation.

We were slightly behind on our bill and my fiancée called to ask if we could set up an arrangement and they rudely said no, in a bad economy who doesn’t get a little behind? Most business gladly let you set up a payment option. We were paying extra money for bandwidth and so we downsized, service seemed the same, but cheaper. when we moved we switched providers.
