Worst place ever. Just very bad food. But i should of excepted it from a low Quality food chain. Server was amazing very friendly.

Great food, and love the DAV discount. Everything is do tasty. One of our favorite places to eat. Love the salad & soup deal.

Probably not a good thing to base your review off of one experience, but there’s also a saying called always leave a good first impression.
I got BBQ Chicken Wrap, pretty pricy for what I got out of it. I felt like I was eating more lettuce than chicken, the point being they barely put any chicken in it.
I’ll give it another chance and update my review if something changes.

Stopped here for a burger and a beer. Meat was cold in the middle and the pint glass had disgusting residue on the bottom. Staff wasn’t apologetic, but they comped my beer and brought me a new one, but it wasn’t the same beer I ordered. They seemed annoyed offended when I pointed it out and didn’t really pay me any attention afterward. Didn’t have the stomach to drink it. Just a disaster all around with poor service.

I wish I could give them no stars. This place was a huge disappointment. We came in on a weekday for lunch, I should have known it was going to be bad, as we had to wait quite sometime for someone to come to greet us and bring us to a table. Then we waited quite sometime to place our order and get drinks. There was something wrong with the way the waitress spoke to us. She talked slowly like you would talk to children or someone very elderly who had trouble hearing. This was unpleasant. She also never came back to refill our drinks. At one point I had to get up, go to the bar and ask who the manager was as we waited and waited and waited and no check arrived for us to pay and end the nightmare. Our meals were fine, similar to Applebees or Chilis, although I think at those two chains you get larger portions. Not sure what the problem was as the restaurant was far from capacity, I sure won’t ever return.

Excellent server NICOLE !! Great service, large portion. Free popcorn! I was able to use a «free appetizer» coupon and ordered the most expensive app! $ 10.99 in free food. Kids get free dessert with meal. Very satisfied.

I have been to many chain restaurants, and this 99 is one of the very best.
The food is consistently delicious, the drinks are great, and the staff is wonderful. Tom is my waiter most of the time, he has always delivered great service and a great attitude showing how much he likes what he does.
For anyone that has yet to try, they have a new swordfish dish that was recommended to me, amazing.

The only non fast food place open Easter Sunday past 9pm!
Prices are affordable, similar to Applebee’s and portions are generous. I enjoyed my balsamic chicken off the $ 9.99 menu, complete with sweet corn and ziti with garlic butter. Chicken was slightly overcooked but flavors were tasty enough that SO kept stealing bites. He enjoyed his steak (rare of course) with red skin potatoes and rice. He opted for the $ 3.49 upgrade and loved the clam chowder. The petit tin roof that came with it was the perfect size to share after our meal together. Yes, it does taste exactly like a decadent snickers bar!
Oh Ninety Nine, if you had any locations in NYC you would’ve found a new fan in me. Alas, I’m glad I had a chance to sample your wares!
