Action Maintenance and Painting

We needed to get our home pressure washed and painted as well as have the decks stain due to a poor job on our behalf the first time. I had heard great things about Action Painting and decided to give them a try and I was NOT disappointed. Their office was very accommodating and patient to my bazillion questions and were flexible to work on my schedule. As usual Washington weather, it did not hold up the entire length of their job so they were unable to come by for a few days. On Sunday (8÷17÷14) one of their painters showed up at our home and asked if he could finish up because he felt bad leaving part of the deck unstained. I was a little annoyed at first that he didn’t call ahead but after I thought about it for a second, I thought this was so nice of him to come out on his day off to finish up the deck because he didn’t want us to look at it unfinished. It showed to me that he takes great pride in his work. The back deck was the last piece of the project that needed to be complete and he decided to stay late last night to get it done. I am absolutely thrilled at the quality of the work that they did. It looks like a brand new house! We did a walk through to make sure everything looked good and I could not find a single thing wrong with their work. Another plus, they were WAY less expensive than many of the other companies that I called. Definitely recommend these guys if you ever need your house painted or your decks stained. Incredible job!

We hired these guys when they were still Kitsap Paintsmith. We have a log home that needed to be refinished. Mark Ross, the owner assured us that he himself was building a log home and knew what he was doing. We hired him to corn cob blast the old finish and then sand and apply new finish. Instead of corn cob, which is less avassive, he sandblasted. Tihis caused 40k damage to our logs. And if that was not bad enough he claimed to have applied two new coats but did not. During the law suit he announced that he could not afford to pay to fix the damage, due to other law suits he had. Since this we have had another of his unsatisfied costumers contact us to discuss our suit, due to that fact that they were seeing also. They had almost the same thing happen to them. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!
