Kennedy is a guilty pleasure of mine. It’s a well known staple in the Hood, and yeah, most people go there to buy cigars for, you know, to smoke cigars. Okay, haha. Anyways, they really do have the best fried chicken around. Maybe it’s the Halal method of cooking or their seasonings or both, they really have some damn good chicken!
I’ll occasionally pick up a Family Pack of 9 pieces with rolls, salad, and mashed potatoes for dinner. Honestly, it’s a better deal than KFC and Popeye’s and I’ll pick Kennedy over either for dinner anyday. But if you do go there for food and not cigars, lol, definitely get some pizza rolls and corn nuggets with your meal. And lots of hot sauce!
