Great vibe. Great coffee. Service was great, it was nice learning about the local college.

I loved Mia’s Kitchen. It is a warm, comfortable, home-like setting serving delicious food. The black bean burger was out of this world. So glad I found this gem and can’t wait to try other great options on the menu. Mia even came out and greeted us! This place is one of a kind!

Food really isn’t bad… chips are soggy and over salted… hangover burger is perfect as are the fries… my biggest issues with this restaurant is that they are never open at regular hours and it’s obvious that is the reason for them loosing money and the fact that they change the menu every 6 months… they need to be open to accommodate the late night students who want decent food that isnt crap… they are making the situation harder on themselves

This place is a home away from home for many college students! With a great selection of comfort foods and healthy choices the atmosphere and ambience cannot be beat. The service is excellent the wait staff so helpful… No wonder it’s a favorite for all the kids on campus. Don’t miss the sweet potato fries crispy and light!

Found Mia’s on Unilocal while driving through RI and I’m so glad I did. Our hostess, who I presume was Mia, was really sweet and the atmosphere very comfortable. We only had a simple breakfast but the food was so good — recommend the buffalo homefries and an egg sandwich. Enjoy!

Love this place! Been a handful of times, and the staff and food will always keep me coming back. Mia herself is lovely– always stops by to chat with us and check in. The most recent time we went our waitress Moe graciously brought out comfortable patio furniture for us to eat outside on, and we got to enjoy the music outside too! The buffalo home fries are to die for. Black bean burger is outstanding, Portuguese muffin is perfect. Not my favorite eggs Benedict, but it could be my preference for a thicker hollandaise. Also– the indoor atmosphere is wonderful. Perfect place for a book club, too!

We like this place a lot, everything is tasty and it’s nice to sit down and have a good meal. We went with a group and the bill was $ 100 for 9 plates plus drinks, everything was good!

The service is great and everyone is super friendly. The food is fantastic and fills a much needed hole for fresh, healthy, tasty options close to campus. I have come here three times now and have yet to try something I didn’t like. The chips and other sides are all freshly made on site. This is also a great spot to linger and study.

This is a new establishment in the Kingston area and will soon become a favorite of the URI students and staff alike. I had the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado w/Cheddar Spinach wrap with the house chips. Let me just say it was DELICIOUS and oh SOFRESH! Choices include breakfast all day, salad bar, burgers & grilled chicken and wraps & sandwiches. They make their own house fried chips and they are perfect. Prices are reasonable and items are made to order. The staff are friendly and eager to answer any questions about the menu. Mia was there at our visit and she was happy to meet us and thanked us for coming in for lunch. Delivery may be something coming to the URI campus. I’ll spread the word about this fabulous and new choice and be back for more.

Could go on and on with an elaborate review but you don’t need it. I got two words for ya. It’s all I need: Pastrami Egg. Nuff said.

We were visiting RI for a long weekend, and came here with my family for breakfast based on reviews. We were greeted by friendly Mia, who told us to sit ourselves in the back room. The room was packed with college kids, soccer team. My daughter, 10 year old who plays soccer, loved it! We were brought coffee and water almost immediately, and the waitress was ready to take our order, but we needed a few minutes to go through the menu. We put the order in, items right from the menu, nothing fancy and no substitutes. The college kids got their order, finished eating and left, we didn’t get our food. Tables got busy again, they would get their order, eat and leave, we still were waiting for our food. Our waitress came three times, and said she will look for our order. After one hour of waiting, we just had to leave. While I was waiting to pay for our coffees, Mia came from the kitchen apologizing and she said she was looking what happened to our order. While I honestly do believe orders can get lost or mixed up(I have worked as a waitress during my college years) I think she should have come before and explain about our order. Our waitress knew our order was taking very long. I believed Mia and I accept her sincere apologies, I think our waitress wasn’t on top of her job. We left the place without eating, so can’t comment on the food.
