This place is well kept, clean, and the staff are Über friendly. They’re very welcoming and if you don’t join the gym off the bat, expect to be called regularly and often to «see if you’ve changed your mind.» I like it here, and my little one was able to try dance(which combined tap, «ballet» and maybe free style/modern) and then half the dance class is like a gymnastics tumble class and using the apparatus. I love that aspect of it. My concern was wanting a dance school or gymnastics training that was more than play. This place seems like a structured environment for play. It’s more than free for all blow off energy, for sure, and the combination of classes, sports training and other offerings are excellent. However; if you’re looking for a place to make your child a competitive _____I’m not sure that this Is it, hence why we didn’t join. I will surely be returning to enjoy classes on a drop in basis and it’s also a great place to host kids parties. As a member you get discounts on birthday parties. Check it out, if you’re not looking to be competitive training at a younger age, you’d really like it.

The Little Gym is so much more than your average place to let kids blow off steam. The expert instruction is geared toward each age group and can be as serious or silly as the kids want. The classes are fast paced so there’s never a dull moment for the kids. The shy ones never have a problem there as there are always enough instructors around to give them some one-on-one reassurance My kids have been going to The Little Gym for 5 years and I’m always amazed at the staff Ms. Sadie manages to hire. We’ve never met a dud. One of my favorite places for kids.

So, let’s just get the downside out of the way. There can be, at times, some kids who are a little too aggressive or hyper, and that includes my own, BUT the teachers are almost ALWAYS able to help re-focus when it’s needed. They’re completely understanding of the age range they’re dealing with, and won’t force the younger kids participation if they’re just not into it. The teachers are highly knowledgeable and friendly, as is Miss Mercedes, the owner, and they’ve done a great job implementing many different programs. As a parent, it’s been a real joy to have these shared classes with my daughter in her early years, I’m getting experiences I’ll always remember. Lastly, if enrolling for a season just isn’t a possibility, consider them for your child’s birthday, it’s a super fun time for any kid attending.
