Dunkin’ Donuts

Stopped in for coffee and donuts, which should be a pleasurable visit but not so at this location. Rude man asks what I want and then walks away before I can answer. Rude Arabic woman then takes over. I get 2 coffees and 3 donuts, she snatches my CC out of my hand. We then go to the car and discover 2 of the donuts are hard as rocks. We go back in to complain and she argues with me that they are fresh and what do I want. I rap the hard donut on the counter and she still claims its fresh. I ask for two more, she chucks em in a bag and that are still hard as a rock. We just leave, although should have just gotten my money back. Staff is so rude and product is bad so there’s to biggies they got wrong for ever going back.

Awful coffee very cheap on expresso based drinks they hand you a glass of milk !!! Don’t go here

Service is horriblethe coffee even worst is like is been sitting there for days and the staff is not friendly at all.

Coffee is burnt. Not to mention the guy taking the drive thru order didn’t even let me finish my order before cutting me off and asking anything else like he was in a rush to get somewhere. Sorry, will not be bothering the employees of this Dunkin anymore

It’s dd. they are humans working there. They do make mistakes. However they are always friendly and try hard

Service is horrible. My coffee never tastes like it should.

My green Tea was made with cream not skim milk like I asked.
Your typical DD, with normal to bad service.
