This review was sparked by the great care and professionalism of Julia when going in for my last laser hair removal. She made my treatment very tolerable by giving me the option of using an ice roller for numbing (looks/​feels just as it sounds). It made a noticeable difference. Previous treatments were also done in a timely manner. Julia is also very personable, helpful and knowledgeable, which really helps set one at ease. I took advantage of the Groupon a couple years back, and it looks like they have them up again periodically. Best deal. Thank you Julia!

I’m surprised to see this place with only 3 stars and so few reviews! I’ve been coming here for a few years now for laser hair removal. There are rarely any delays with my appointments, and the front desk personnel is always friendly.
My laser technician Julia is amazing, very personable and makes you feel comfortable. Everyone must understand that the hair removal process takes different time for different people. I’ve been going here after a round of treatments at another place, and even though I see great results, the touch-​up appointments are needed for best results. I’m so happy I started laser hair removal a few years ago, the difference is amazing!
Take advantage of Groupon deals if they are available! It’s a great way to try the same quality service for much cheaper.

The office staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
I had one round of 6 sessions of laser hair removal of my underarms with 1 aesthetician and she was nice enough.
But I’m on my 2^nd round of 6 sessions (after having my true first round of 6 elsewhere — which thinned the hair but didn’t get rid if it) which is truly my 3^rd overall. The aesthetician for this one is FABULOUS!!! I think her name is Farrah. She uses this ice roller thing before the laser — no pain. She checks in with you frequently to make sure you are ok. She stretches my arm or asks me to so she gets maximum coverage. I’m still mid treatment, so I can’t say for sure about results. But her bedside manner is outstanding!
I would recommend this place for laser hair removal as long as you get her. They do other things. Like a spa and medically but I can’t speak to that. Give them a try. ;-)

I have been doing hair laser with them for a while very good result, dori is very nice ad professional, I am not sure why they don’t have a good reviews! I totally recommend this place.

It is obvious that the 4 laser treatments I have received from BellaMedica by Longevity Medical Clinic promoted a black hair growing on my lip.
For the first treatments they actually promotes hair growing so they can sell to you additional treatments. I do not even know how effective are additional treatments because I requested a refund for what I paid for my voucher

Got a great deal from Groupon for laser hair removal. This place is clean and professional! They stated all they provide in the Groupon deal and provided exactly what they said they would. I made my research before buying it and some areas need more than six treatments to completely cease hair growth and only six is inclusive in the deal. They took all the safety precautions before starting treatment and my aesthetician was friendly, professional. I highly recommend BellaMedica.

I bought a deal from living social for laser hair removal. At my initial consultation, I was offered the opportunity to purchase additional services. After turning it down, the aesthetician lady acted very rude to me. I have seen her four times now, and she never smiles and greets me. They have a strict policy if you’re late. One time I was ten minutes late, and I was charged $ 25. They have a nice office and offer snacks (granola bars, bananas, tea, coffee) in the reception area (which are the pros to this clinic), but their customer service is a real disappointment.

I dreaded going here for my laser hair removal appointments. You have to book everything way in advance. My first appointment, after consultation, was 3 months down he road?! They make you reschedule when you are more than 5mins late, yet I have sat in the waiting room for over 20 mins after my appointment time to get my service. The costumer service is horrible! The schedulers/​front desk have never once greeted me, I have had to initiate the conversation to check-in…awful. They are very snooty and inattentive. I will not be returning, nor recommending to anyone!

I bought 3 laser hair removal treatments through a coupon deal. I had laser hair removal before on the bikini area, so I figured I would just get a few spots touched up. I went in for the consultation and they just wanted me to buy their 6 session package that was over $ 1000.00… umm, no, i just wanted a touch up. I scheduled my 3 visits. They first visit I received 3^rd degree burns! I blistered and had to wear yoga pants for a week. Of course they tried to blame me, saying I did something wrong! Soooo unprofessional. rude! Their so called technicians have no idea what they are doing!

Apart from having a comfortable looking office, I greatly dislike coming to this place. Most appointments are booked for the next 6−8months, so good luck if you miss your appointment. They also make you reschedule when you are more than 5mins late. The costumer service is awful, on my first appointment they Barely spoke a word to me, did the treatment and sent me on my way without further instructions on what to and not do. I’ve been to many beauty/​medical places, and this is by far the worst.

Bought laser hair removal thru a coupon deal. Decided on bikini area.
Not to get too graphic, but you shave hair off of the area you want treated and, when treated, if feels like the hair is a fuse that has been lit. It is painful, but fleeting. I don’t like having shaved hair because it does grow back.
I’m VERY exposed during the treatment. Behind closed doors, but… yikes.
In theory, it will take about six treatments to complete the hair removal.
The coupon didn’t cover what I thought I’d bought. I was upsold… I could have said «no» and walked.
I’m two treatments in and am not noticing a lessening of the hair, so, we will see. I do not recommend, at this point.
