Very, very pleased with service, found through Angie’s list.
First, the owner, Anderson is extremely responsive with email communication, a real plus as that is an easier way for me to communicate during business hours.
Rose and Karina were prompt, professional and friendly, a real pleasure to have in the house for 4 hours for an initial deep clean.
Their diligence and attention to detail was outstanding. I could not find fault with anything either before or after they left. After using several services that I would never invite back, I am happy to have found a keeper. I am assured of having the same team going forward.
Casa Limpa is not the cheapest service out there, but you get what you pay for. Their efficiency and quality makes it a good value.

Immediately after I wrote the review, they hiked my monthly cleaning price by 30 $ and I am looking for new cleaners now.

If Unilocal allowed, I’d give a zero star review to these guys.
Scheduled an appointment with them for house cleaning, which we confirmed twice. Still, they never showed up. They wasted a working day for me. We called them, emailed them and texted them, but no reply. Extremely unprofessional. Never going back to them.

Scheduled for over 4 weeks ahead of time. Then they found that my location is not very convenient to them as they have a closer client in an appointment after me. He called to see whether I can let them do the closer job first, then they will come to my place. Of course, after they finished the other job, he decided not to come to my place.
If a company is running his business and schedule likes this, I don’t think I want to employ them any more.
Everybody, please be aware of this company. Nowaday, it’s hard to find a decent house keeper.
