I come here trying to return product and they direct me elsewhere. I’m tempted to report them to corporate.

Came here only because of a groupon deal altho I didn’t tell the clerk that until I was at the counter. He was uninterested in helping me. The place had one of two people; it’s really a small narrow space. Most people seem to come in for the protein powders. I’m ready to check out and a family of 8 people come in grilling this guy on the powders and and the groupon. That took an additional 15 minutes. Since I had the groupon I just wanted to get something and get out. I wanted to get a CoQ10 and probiotic. There was a puny shelf or two with skincare items (5 items on a shelf). Well of course none of their prices applied to this special. The red prices were sale prices and others were the gold card prices. Whatever. I got out of there for $ 10 bucks and I would never go back.

I agree with the other review. I dont know how this place stays in business there is never anyone in here. But of course the one time I go in, there is. No worries I just came in to get a couple of Blender Ball water bottles. Lucky me they were on sale, BOGO 50% off! Im a happy camper! :)

Store is very clean and organized; well-​stocked. the sales clerk, Aaron, was informative and polite. it was quiet when i went in, but it may just be that this store is not located in a large and busy mall, as are the gnc’s in bellevue square and northgate mall. the pro to that — you don’t have to push someone out of the way to reach for an item :)

I am very curious how this place stays in business. I have been here 2x now and there has never been anyone else but me in here. I have walked past here many times and never saw anyone. The clerk is very friendly and nice and is the same person each time. Its extremely clean & the clerk is very helpful. They are one of the few places that I can find FRS if I need it. The clerk today gave me a 15% off coupon for the next time I come into the shop. That was pretty cool.
