Great customer service! I went in a few weeks ago and was helped by Chris Elliote, who was very polite and knowledgable. There was no pushing of product and lots of great small talk, which is a major plus when you’re in the store for quite some time.

Just finished up at the Kirkland Verizon store in totem lake. Alex was helping us and he was wonderful and so helpful. He made sure we got the best deal, walked through all the details and explained the cost with the plans. He was super friendly and made us laugh with his «dad» jokes. Thanks Alex! We will be back!

This place is Awesome!!! Much better then the Redmond location. I came in here a few days ago not really knowing what I wanted, I was greeted by Philip and he helped me pick out the right phone for me! I walked out with a brand new Samsung galaxy s6! He was super helpful in transferring my info over as well. I will only be going to this store going forward!

I used to come to this location frequently and the staff was always pleasant to deal with. Miguel helped me to find the right equipment for my mother’s phone and he was so incredibly dedicated. He took his time to show me the right product necessary to get the best results.
His manager or assistant manager, though, was so rude and didn’t care about answering my questions at all. I came in 30 minutes before the store’s closing hour but it seemed that all he cared about was getting me and my mom out of the store.
If it wasn’t for Miguel’s great customer service, I would have left a very negative feedback about him.

Brandon was personable and politely addressed all my questions. He helped me with a new activation when I brought in a dead phone and forgot my pin. Great place for customer service.

I spent endless hours trying to renew my contract on the phone with Verizon and getting an upgrade. twice I was told my phone was ordered and two times it didn’t show up. I finally came to the go Verizon store to see if I could get this done. well thank goodness for Catlin Wilson in kirkland. she spent an entire hour trying to fix on the phone having been transferred five times she never gave up and it’s done and I have my phone. she is my hero

My 65 year old mother just upgraded her dinosaur phone to the Iphone 6 plus. She was unable to transfer her contacts independently and experienced a senior memory failure to retrieve her passwords. Technology oftentimes causes her anxiety and the urge to throw the phone across the room… you should see what she did to the GPS I bought her, yes she can get her foot up to the windshield… Digression aside, I was nervous to bring her in to get her phone numbers transferred because it was her third time visiting a Verizon location.
When we came into the store, we were greeted by a young lady named Roxane. She was wonderful! She normalized my mother’s anxiety and provided very informative instructions that my mother understood! The task we went in there was taken care of in a timely manner. In addition, she provided information to help my mother merge her contacts. I felt like my mom was in good hands and I didn’t need to translate. Employees like Roxane are a great asset to this company! Although I am Sprint user, I will always refer my friends who use Verizon to Roxane at the Kirkland location! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I would. Like to say how outstanding these two girls are plus very smart & outstanding !! So enjoy coming to this store here in Kirkland !! They really help make the management shine !!

I recently visited this store when I had an issue transferring my iCloud account to my iPhone 6 plus. I was very impressed with the girl who helped me, I think her name was Roxanne. She was super sweet and very helpful. I was there for a while but she got the problem fixed and even gave me a nice discount on a case and screen protector and she even put the screen protector on my phone. She had great customer service and was just a lovely girl. I left with a smile and my new phone working perfect :)

Alex was extremely helpful. Even though my problem couldn’t be solved at his store, he still called and found out as much information as possible and told me my best course of action. He was very friendly as well– great customer service!

Great customer service and the sales people are very knowledgable! I love my new iPhone 5! They told me about their edge program and insurance. I will always have insurance now on my phone!

A very strange experience at this store.
We walked in knowing we want to buy 2 iphone5’s but the employee repeatedly bashed the iPhone. He wanted us to buy windows phones, which we already have and are not happy with. Then he started making things up.
I didn’t tell him that I work for a major software company and just let him make a fool out of himself.
He started making some silly comments; 9 – 10 iphones come in for repair everyday for battery issues. The iphone5 has a 2 hour battery life… Microsoft is getting ready to bail Apple out… Microsoft has sold millions of surface tablets, but apple wont release their ipad sale figures… this guy just went on and on.
It was like dealing with a car salesman who tries to sell you something that is not selling well, and needs to be rid of it. We left feeling insulted and we wont be coming back.
