Flat out refused delivery when I live 0.6 miles away. Half a fucking mile. I’m starving and don’t want pizza. I will never order from any Jimmy John’s again

Fine, just fine. And, They ARE fast. I stop here often for a quick sandwich. It’s like Cheers when you walk in, someone always greets you… Helllloooo! The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is fresh and fast. It’s just like all the other Jimmy John’s, and I like it like that.

Forgot the lettuce and extra ham. Leaving me with a little meat, mayo, and tomatoes. Pretty great service overall.

They are getting 3 stars because their delivery is quick and their bread is a little better than subways. And they have good customer service. They are only getting 3 stars because they only have provolone a very mild cheese that completely gets lost in the sandwich. Cheddar should be an option. because they skimp on the extras, and cuz they don’t have regular pickles. You have to buy a big $ 2 pickle. Most of all, Their sandwiches are just OK. Would be better if there were better cheese options. I always order extra cheese and I still can’t taste it because their provolone is so mild.

I have to downgrade by rating down to 1 star because the manager of the store in Kirkland is a total ASS! Not only does he have no idea how to provide simple grassroots customer service he’s a f****** idiot.

I used to work here, it’s honestly a terrible place. You shouldn’t go there, much less order food from there! Their policies are soo fucked. The owner is a complete bigot with strong Napoleon syndrome. The poor workers are treated like dirt, yelled at on the daily, and not given the respect they deserve. Also, the owners children work in the stores and are treated with favoritism and NEVER yelled at. The whole family has slimy business morals, and they need to be shut down. Corporate already thinks so as well. They are about to open a third store… we must stop this! It can’t be allowed for this horrible stench to prosper and spread. It’s sick, and you might end up sick if you order from this jimmy johns!!! Hehe f*** you Richard!

I don’t like Jimmy Johns simply because their drivers/bikers are the rudest people in customer service. They decide who to deliver to rather than what’s in range. This is a new location too, doubt it will last long. I’d rather pay $ 10 for a hot dog next door from nice people than deal with these McDonald’s rejects.

I rarely write a review but… Don’t bother terrible customer service. I am barely outside of delivery zone and they won’t deliver… half a block. I can see the business from my company that they will deliver to but not ours. Their loss they are loosing a 80 person company. Seriously what kind of customer service is this…

If I could give this store –10 stars I would. I work at a local apartment property in the Juanita area and we order from them quite frequently; not only are they convenient on a busy day, but they are also delicious… It really sucks that I have to write such an awful review, but our last 2 experiences with them have been so bad that we will not be ordering from here ever again– even for pick up. We tried to order online back in June, but noticed that we were 0.2 miles out of range… then we started noticing Jimmy John’s delivery drivers bringing food to our vendors and other residents on property. At this time we started ordering over the phone and it was no problem– there were also a couple times that we ordered online and since our address is «out of range» we would adjust the address for it to go through and EVERY single time there was no problem with it. UNTIL we got this very rude delivery driver who mentioned something about the address being wrong. I apologized and we started ordering over the phone again… that is UNTIL about 2 weeks ago we were told that they don’t deliver here and were very rude when we mentioned that they have delivered here multiple times. We were very disappointed, but decided to give them another chance and ordered online today… BIGMISTAKE. When the delivery driver arrived he did not come in with a smile at all… his exact words were«Just to let you know we will not be delivering here anymore. You guys keep putting the incorrect address on the order». I responded with«Well, that is because all of a sudden you have refused to deliver to us after the 25+ times you have done it in the past». He didn’t really have anything to say and just walked out. I understand if we are out of your range, but if that is the case then NO deliveries should’ve ever been delivered here. Lastly, you really need to work on your customer service. Regardless of your delivery range we still spent $ 35 on today’s order and should’ve gotten a little bit more respect from your employees!

I was a regular customer of this Jimmy Johns, no more after today, worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time, rude and short over the phone, I’ve heard rumors of this happening to my co workers but never experienced it myself until now. FYI Totem Hill Plaza Jimmy Johns employees it’s not my fault you don’t like your job, maybe don’t make make and deliver food if you’re gonna be d!@ks about it.

I just needed to Unilocal about this restaurant as our office is two blocks away. I was in our restroom, and saw a Jimmy Johns delivery driver in Jimmy Johns clothing use the restroom, flush, and then walk out without washing his hands. Granted, he could wash his hands when he gets back to the store, but I’d hope their management would be stressing the importance of public relations, and maintaining a certain level of cleanliness in the public eye. The food isn’t that great anyway … you can make a better sandwich at home, and you know where your hands have been.

So disappointing… I guess when you ask for extra avocado you get a minuscule amount of spread on both sides instead of one and you get to pay only $ 3.50 for it. And when you want bacon… You get rehydrated cold cardboard that kind of resembles what bacon looks like when it’s reaching its first birthday. This place is so full of crap! For an $ 11 sandwich, I expected more than 3 pieces of turkey, cold bacon, and a light smear of avocado. First and last time ever going to jimmy johns.

My boyfriend insisted that we go here because he was craving a Jimmy John’s sandwich since that was apparently his favorite sandwich place in college, I obliged and we went in, proceeded to order from the most stand-offish cashier i’ve ever encountered. Poor dear, if you hate your job so much, maybe you should go home! Not only was she mumbling, it was hard to hear her because they had the music cranked up so loud(I’m in my mid thirties and I hate to sound like an old person, but come on, it is a sandwich shop.. . not a dance club!) and the two times I had to have her repeat something she got more snappy. I snapped back at her and made it clear that she was getting on my nerves for being such a twit. She was then rude and snappy to my boyfriend who is the nicest guy in the world and then asked if we were paying together or separate?! WTF?! Oh i’m sorry if we look like an odd couple, or do lily white people have to pay separately? Should I have gone to my takeout only window??? Anyhow, I just walked the hell off before I lost it on her stereotypical Kirklandia a$$. We got our food and It was pretty gross, the tomatoes on the sandwich were barely ripe and had a half frozen texture to them, the lettuce was bland and the sandwich was drowning in mayonnaise, with barely any turkey on it, which was NASTY! I ate three bites of my food before I just tossed it in the trash. Another observation, every single couple in the place who exited got a hearty«GOODBYE! Thanks for coming in!!» We walked out and not a single word was uttered, when I looked back, the four employees behind the counter were just staring like we were some freakshow from American Horror Story.

I mean… It’s Jimmy John’s… I order delivery from here about 5 – 7 times a month. They always deliver promptly and the order is always correct. The employee’s are very friendly, especially when I look like trash having slept in half of my suit from the night prior. Thanks guys :).

I ordered an «Unwich» which is the sandwich with no bun. I’ve had them in the past and liked them. I’m trying to eat less bread. Today I ordered the #2 roast beef, no mayo, oil and vinegar instead, and a Dr. Pepper. It had two thin slices of roast beef wrapped in 3 huge romaine lettuce leaves, 3 tomato slices and the oil and vinegar. I think it was $ 8. All I could taste is lettuce-felt like a rip off. How do you charge that much for that?

Called this place to see if they do donations and the guy told me not in store and that I would need to call corporate to get approval. Called corporate and they told me to call back and ask again Bc donations are done via franchise. I called back and the manager told me that corporate told me the wrong info. So I asked if he could do catering instead and told me again to call corporate. Really? I can understand if you do not want to do donations but to deny someone who is trying to buy sandwiches in bulk is just ignorant.

I have only been to Jimmy John’s once before a long time ago, and it just so happened I was near a Jimmy John’s and needed to grab lunch, so decided to try it again. Jimmy John’s is so over priced for what you get. They don’t offer a «meal deal» where a sandwich comes with chips and a drink. You need to order and pay for everything separately. I ordered a Turkey Tom with cucumbers and cheese and was charged an additional .75 cents each for them. Instead I received no cucumbers, no cheese, and instead received peppers, which I never asked for. They offer no selection of veggies or different options for bread; your sandwich is made one way and is simple, tasteless, and not worth the money. I ordered the sandwich with chips, a cookie, and a drink and left paying over $ 12! The restaurant is loud, they get the order wrong, no customer service, and is not worth going to. Also, a co-worker of mine called one time to ask where they delivered to. They say they are«freaky fast.» They deliver only within ONE mile of their location. Of course they are fast… they barely need to drive to deliver to you. Goodbye Jimmy John’s — Subway is soooooo much better! I will forever be a Subway customer.

My husband and I tried JJ’s for the first time a couple of weeks ago. He got a specialty sandwich and got it on wheat, which he thought would be a wheat roll type of thing, but was just two pieces of wheat bread. If that makes sense, LOL. I got the lettuce wrap, which was really cool. It was too much mayo for me, even though I toned it down a bit, but that is something you can fix in the future. Flavor was okay, nothing special. My husband was not really impressed, but the lettuce wraps hold my interest. I don’t always want a big, bready sandwich. Clean restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. I’m sure we drove them crazy with our 100 questions, but they were patient. :)
