First i tried calling to place our rather large order so they would have time to make it and the two phone numbers listed were both disconnected. I went inside and placed my large order. The server first said they didn’t have enough chicken. I said i tried to call and she made it clear the phone wasn’t in her control. I said i would wait and wait i did. 50 mins later they gave mostly the wrong pieces but i took them. I ordered original recipe and i had the most over crispy bordering on burnt. Chicken! I didn’t even bother saving the leftovers, which are usually a real treat the next day. I would call the restaurant and let the mgr know but…

Grumpy and unfriendly staff. I was the only customer and no one greeted me. The kid who helped me didn’t smile, sighed when I changed my order and looked like she couldn’t distinguish which part of the chicken she was grabbing… I think her name is TERRIN. No customer service skills whatsoever. I would rather drive to another KFC than come back to this store.

This place is terrible. Every single time we come here, we have problems. The workers clearly don’t care and they don’t even have the food ready. It’s dinner time and we’re waiting for over 15 minutes just to take our order and 30 minutes to get our food. I would have gotten our food a lot faster if I went to a regular restaurant. Their registers don’t work so they had to run back and forth between the front counter and drive thru register. This is definitely the worst KFC ever. I want to complain to the franchise that this place is definitely substandard and definitely unacceptable. They need to come in and do something about this place. I am never coming back here again.

We go to KFC in kirkland maybe once a month, it is a running joke that once we get there they will have no chicken, now how can you not have chicken all they sell is chicken. The service is horrendous, location is bad… if Popeyes were closer I would go there instead… they always have chicken and the mashed potatoes and gravy taste way better… Get it together KFC maybe someone should look at your system and show someone how to read the projected sales from the past year(s) and learn how to prepare your store not to run out of chicken…

I’ve been visiting this KFC from time to time for years(like 15). It’s always been Ok. KFC, right? Well, wow, on Sept. 6, 2014 at 8:03 p.m. i picked up 2 thighs and 1 drumstick. I got deathly sick that evening and had food poisoning after effects for a about a week. We’re talking explosive diarrhea. It was about as severe as I’ve ever had. NEVER going back to a KFC. Wow. I meant to call the store with this information, but just never go around to it. Really I should have gone straight to the King County Health Dept. What prompted me to write this was that I found the receipt and tried to send feedback via the online survey(but was locked out, probably due to the time that had passed). This store(and I’m wondering about all KFCs) has got a serious food handling problem.

I love KFC chicken! We ordered a side of mashed potatoes, some chicken strips, biscuits, and corn and we were pretty satisfied. The only thing that bothered me was some of the employees. It took awhile until they noticed we were in line ready to order. One employee saw us but then looked down and continued to do whatever he was doing. I was thinking you could of at least called someone to help us… It wasnt until this other employee came from the back to acknowledge us. The person who took our order was very nice and even delivered our food to the table when it was ready. That kind of made up for the other guy. Definitely going to through the drive thru from now on!

THEWORST. Always out of chicken after the dinner hour rush. Has sent home our order through the drive-thru a couple of times incorrect. For these two reasons alone, THISKFC has lost this household’s business. We LOVE Kentucky Fried Chicken’s coleslaw and original recipe, but Pepsi Co, you are letting this franchise run amok in Totem Lake. It is a shame.

I remembered why I don’t go to KFC anymore after going in for lunch today with my roommates. I highly dislike this place. Mediocre food and not very helpful staff. I ordered a two piece«white meat» meal which was about $ 7. The chicken was dry and included a small breast, and«wing» if that’s what you can call it… It was pretty much bones from a skinny malnourished chicken or something. It had a bite size piece of meat on it. Wings are usually dark meat to my understanding, but I guess KFC has it’s own special chickens or something, apparent when I asked the clueless staff member at the counter. Definitely NOT worth the money and I will NOT be returning. I thought I’d give KFC another try after all these years… What a joke. I wish I had a picture of my chicken wing to share.

The food is good, but the young woman who served me at the drive-through around 3:00PM today was not very friendly, put out when I asked her the difference between a chicken breast, cole slaw, and baked beans package vs. a meal, saying she would have to figure it out. Then she said to pull around. When I said I wanted the price first, she begrudgingly gave me a price, and I had to ask her if this was for the chicken breast, cole slaw, and baked beans. She replied affirmatively. When I got to the window she was again not very friendly, threw my receipt in the bag and when I was looking for it, she said in a not-friendly voice, it’s in the bag. Very short with her answers. I will not return. Customer service, second to quality of food, is of highest importance to me, and I know what good customer service is. The last time I was here, there was a woman who was working the window who was so confused and another woman had to help her out. NOMORE! I don’t understand why they can’t get their act together and have the best service. I’m sure they don’t pay better wages at McDonald’s or Taco Time, etc., but they certainly have much better customer service.

I was hungry, it was past lunch time and Muffler King still had 30 minutes work left on my resonator and exhaust pipe. KFC was in walking distance and it had been a while since I’d been there. The chicken didn’t disappoint, and would be 3 stars. I was disappointed in the side dishes; got the Baked Beans and Cole Slaw. Both would have been OK if they had left the ton of sugar out. They don’t have much a person with diabetes can safely eat as sides, so I guess it will be just chicken for me if I come back.

Ok, fried chicken and greasy food! What doyou expect? KFC hasn’t changed in years. The service here is very slow and place is clean.

I’ll be honest — KFC has quickly ratcheted its way up my fast food priority list ever since the release of the fabled and controversial Double Down. This particular KFC is a little more annoying to get to than the plethora of other fast food joints in the Juanita/Totem Lake area, but its not really out of the way. Service is quick — I almost never wait, whether I’m going in or going through the drive through. Food seems generally fresh & is put together well. Can’t ask for too much else out of a KFC, although in general I find KFC to be a bit too expensive. Regarding the previously mentioned Double Down… DOIT! You won’t regret it. Ignore the bad reputation it gets — by forgoing the bun and doubling the chicken, you’re actually making a healthier(albeit messier) sandwich. More protein, less carbs, plenty of deliciousness! Only real downside is that its loaded with sodium, so keep the rest of your day in check if you want to down one of these bad buys.

There is certainly better chicken. Ezels for one. But this location had a good management staff and happy helpful employees. I bring it in for my employees on occasion. We get the sides which are hit and miss. Mac and cheese A-ok.

I was really hungry, and I normally don’t stop at a place like this, but it was really close to where I had just finished up with a meeting with a few other people. Hunger for a quick bite brought me to the doors of this business. I ordered a 4 piece meal with mash potatoes, along with the usual gravy and Cole slaw, and just for kicker’s I ordered fries, and a small coke. It took forever for them to put together this simple meal, and when I finally received it I was missing the fries, and also missing the Cole slaw, so I went back to the counter and asked for these things. The person at the counter treated me like somehow their screwing up a simple order was my fault, and with noticeable contempt gave me the fries I purchased along with the Cole Slaw. I shrugged it off because I wasn’t there to make friends, and influence people, so I took my meal over to a corner and sat down to eat. It took about a space of 5 minutes to realize that they didn’t give me coke like I asked for, they gave me 7up or sprite. I journeyed back to the counter, and even before I had the chance to open my mouth the person behind the counter practically shouted«WHAT!!?» I was taken aback by #1 the volume, and #2 this total rudeness, and unwarranted behavior. I looked the person in the eyes, and I politely asked could they please switch this 7up or sprite with the coke I ordered. I had to generate the receipt that they gave me to show them that I had indeed ordered a coke. 1 minute later my drink was shoved my way, and I went back to the table to eat. I was not very impressed with the meal. The meat didn’t taste fresh, and the breading was too soggy. I didn’t even bother to finish it. The Cole slaw tasted like it was loaded down with sugar. The only things worth eating was the french fries and mashed potatoes. I got up and left, but I vowed never to spend my money at KFC ever again. All of that drama just to get a bite to eat wasn’t worth it, and I even might have been more forgiving if the food was good, but it turned out not to be. I left that place still hungry, and went in search of a place to eat where people are nice to customers, and the food is edible.

Oh yummy! I love me some cultured places to eat, but sometimes… just every once in a while, you have to bring it down a notch to eat at KFC. I came in like a whirlwind of hunger and got me a box meal. The standard, you know… a piece of chicken, some popcorn chicken, mashed taters… well, I made that TWO mashed taters, and it was on! I was like a hurricane of hands, feet, flying taters, and chicken pieces all over the place like a colonal sanders pipe bomb went off. I was satisfied, and for desert, I had tums!

Don’t Do It… So I had to do some work over the weekend and lunch rolled around but I did not want burgers or Pizza again so I decided to get some KFC since I had not had some in a very long time. MISTAKE… Ok so I was conned into ordering the new wrap they are adverstising. So looking at the picture is did seem rather yummy. Once I returned to work and opened my meal I was in for a surprise. The picture is never the same as the actual product«should know that by now». Ok so what got for my money was a chicken strip wrapped in the worst tasting tortilla I have ever tasted and to compliment the fake tortilla was a piece of wilted lettuce that should have been part of the compost bin along with a slathering of Mayo«i think». So needless to say I remained hungry until I made it home.
