My basement toilet and shower were backing up. My first thought was that the septic tank was failing. I called Kingsgate Septic at 7:30am and Andy was at my home 3 hours later. It turned out my tank was just in serious need of pumping and the inlet baffle was clogged. Andy did his job and a little more. He gave me some pointers on checking this myself if it happens again and how to clean the the outlet filter. Plus he didn’t try and up sell me on some unnecessary services. I will definitely be calling Kingsgate Septic for my next pump out or if I need additional services. Thanks!
