This was our second time using Macias. I remembered their service, quality, professionalism and pricing being excellent, but I had forgotten their sincere commitment to pleasing the client. I had to reschedule installation appointments because of project conflicts. They were flexible and understanding, and most important, offered alternative openings. They have years of experience and made many suggestions that saved us time and money. Their products are high quality; their installers are on time, professional, courteous and thorough. Excellent service. Quick turnaround. High-​quality product. Very reasonable prices.
We bought a custom sized area rug to fit a large space in our apartment. When we moved into our home, we were able to go back to Marcias to get the same rug resized to fit a different room. We’re now in the process of buying another rug from them for our dining room.
As long as we’re in the Seattle area Marcias’ will be our first stop for all rugs!

These guys are not the cheapest but they do offer a pretty good discount. Easy to work with and pretty non-​salesy. They were professional and got my job done in 24 hours from initial call so I would use them again.
