Posey’s Pool & Spa Service

Our hot tub had a number of issues and all them were unknown at the start of our endeavour. Posey’s Pool & Spa Service were extremely patient and thorough. They worked through each issue as it came up and were fantastic at communicating what the issue was and what our options were in solving it. It took several visits but we now have a fully functioning hot tub! Posey’s will be the first I call (or recommend) should another issue arise.

Been using Posey’s for years for my regular maintenance. Kirk has been great. Shirley has been great. Had Kirk replace our heating pump and had no problems. Very consistent.

Posey’s is a family business and they’ve treated us like family since the first day they came out to inspect the pool in the house we purchased. We were obviously new to the game of pool-​ownership, and they could have easily coerced us into allowing them to deal with every tiny detail (and charging us insane fees for it). Instead, they took a lot of time to educate us and answer our elementary questions. They understood that we wanted to do some of the work ourselves and clearly told us the best way to do it. They’re always friendly and available, and their rates are very reasonable. This is an honest company that is not after your money; they are after your business for the life of your pool.
