Every time I visit with Noelle I leave happy. I recommend her and the salon to everyone.

Heather has been an awesome stylist she gave me a great cut after not cutting my hair for close to a year. Then I decided to dye my hair myself a few weeks later and I didn’t do a good job. she was able to fit me in with my crazy work schedule and do an amazing job! Will be returning and recommending to my friends!

I had a fantastic stylist there named Crystal. Her cuts were amazing. I had a last minute appt with another stylist a few months ago while she was out of town once and it was terrible. I called to make an appointment with Crystal again and they told me she no longer worked there and said they would not tell me where she now works. The woman on the phone was rude and very short with me when I asked if they knew where she now worked. So disappointing. I will never go there again. Really wish I knew where Crystal worked so I could get another great cut!

Constant problems with this salon. I have had more than one negative experience with management. One stylist clearly over-​billed me, and management could care less. There are plenty of other salons in the area with better quality and pricing. Go elsewhere.

I had a haircut with Erica and wow! My hair never looked so good and their products are fantastic. Worth every penny and I’d give more stars if I could!

Seriously such a hip spot. Stylists are up to date on what’s trending so I don’t look like a 90’s mom and in a not cute way. It over looks the lake which is beautiful. It’s a nice get away.

Front desk… empty for more than 10min. I tried flagging someone down, and was completely ignored… I’m from the Bellevue/​Kirkland area I understand being busy, but then 15 min passed and NOBODY thought to take any notice I had tried multiple times for a booking. Came in because they had some good reviews but seriously if want any business maybe checking the front desk would be helpful?

Do not go there. They use ammonia in their color products. No one using them anymore, only hack shops. Went in for basic grey root touch up and she decided to put in 20 foils and not do an all over color. Left with the same grey hair 2.5 hours later. Really disappointing because I really wanted to find a good salon in Kirkland. I even asked that they book with someone who knows how to color grey roots. Pretty basic right? Even if it was just the gal they booked me with, the problem is the ammonia. If you want the best color person ever go to Keri at Collage in Seattle on 5^th Avenue downtown. Yep, worth ever minute to get there. She is the best. What was I thinking trying Sorella? Lame, lame, lame. Do not go there.

Best salon experience, ever, hands down.
At a fashion show that I walked for in Seattle, Sorella was the salon that was backstage getting everyone hair and makeup ready. The crew was extremely professional in that environment! One of the stylists, Tannah, and I had a conversation about how I was looking to go to platinum from dark blonde and she told me to come by the salon in Kirkland as colors are one of her specialties.
I went in and started the bleaching process. I’ll be honest I was a bit scared to make the jump but the result was INCREDIBLE. After the color, I got one of the most flattering haircuts I have ever had. Tannah made sure that I left with a smile on my face!
I can’t recommend Tannah enough for any hair service– go check out the salon!

I recently saw Hether Campbell for a much needed fix on a botched haircut (from a completely different salon) and I have to say that she was attentive to my concerns of not going too short and styled by hair so I felt confident upon leaving!
The salon’s location is amazing with sweeping views of Kirkland’s waterfront. And I I’ve now fallen love their Oribe product line. I would definitely recommend seeing Hether at Sorella in Kirkland!

New location is beautiful, i followed shelby from the redmond location. Shes amazing with my eyebrows very detailed and easy to talk to. She also is at the issaquah location where my husband and myself have both had facials with her. She also is great at recomending a stylists for your hair needs. she recommended hether when i was in redmond and she matched my color perfectly.. I now see hether in kirkland but shes also at the issaquah location. these two make a perfect team if you want to treat yourself to a beauty day.

I love sorella salon! The new location is fantastic and I love my hair! The stylist listen to what you have to say and are very talented. I highly recommend this salon!

Sorella Salon is a fantastic place to get your haircut in Kirkland. The new location is very welcoming and located right by the Kirkland water front. Parking is a little more tricky here then the older location (there is free city parking until around 5pm though– after 5ish you pay). Rachel provides outstanding haircuts and the entire team is welcoming and friendly.
