Teresa Richter is a kind and gentle person and a great Naturopathic healer. I had back spasms on and off since 1988. A couple years ago was lucky enough to be introduced to her by Eric Klos, owner of Moss Bay Health Center in Kirkland. Dr. Richter injected Sarapin (from the pitcher plant) in to the muscles in between my shoulder blades. It is a amazing and near painless (small needle) remedy to relax long term muscle tension and pain.
