Love this place. Hadn’t had a jelly donut in years. They’re great, a little more dough to them than I prefer but great tasting and plenty of filling! The coffee is excellent! Full-bodied and great flavor(and I had decaf!!). Highly recommend.

Maybe I don’t get this place, I really don’t understand what everyone is so in love with. I’m not a big fan of overpriced donuts that are just so-so. Should have gone to Daddys Donuts instead. It’s like Top Pot is the Starbucks of donut shops; just ok but everyone mobs there. QFC sells the same Top Pot donuts for nearly half the price.

Perhaps I’m old school, but I was disappointed that the donuts were brought in. I’m sure they were fresh and tasted fine, but they weren’t even warm. The girl working the counter wasn’t particularly friendly either, but we did go a little early so it’s possible she just wasn’t awake yet. Overall I felt it was a mediocre experience.

This place gets 2 stars for location and coffee but the donuts are not fresh! I’m disappointed every time I try them. For a place that only sells donuts they could be much better! Try a small business in the area for fresher donuts!

Donuts are always fresh and they pull a nice cup of espresso. Coming from a background of knowing how to pull a good shot, I’ve never had grounds in my cup and my milk is not overly frothy. I don’t know how much more you need from a donut shop but they also have outdoor and indoor seating. They also serve Boylan sodas, milk, lemonade, as beverage choices. This is always great for an after lunch dessert.

I go there pretty regularly one weekend morning of the week. Their donuts are fresh out of the fryer if you go early enough and rich and delicious. It’s Top Pot. What’s more to say? Enjoy them!

i have to commend the girl behind the counter here… she does know how to make an americano. you have to do it affogato style… pour the espresso over the hot water, not the other way around. heard about this chain… donuts were ok. can’t say its any better than a local shop, or krispy kreme… but it was a good donut.

Ordered a Market Spice tea. It is very good with a sweet front taste and a warm spice a minute later. Highly suggested if you like tea.

Gets another star. If the doughnuts were just a tad more interesting, I would give this place 5 stars. We’ve been living here for two weeks but we’ve already been to this place 3 or 4 times. The kids want the doughnuts. But us adults go for the coffee. Coffee is consistently good. And not just good. Very, very good. Smooth, rich, and strong. What puts it over the edge is the fantastic service as well. On one of our visits, although it was in the evening, they were happy to brew us up fresh coffee. During the latest visit, I bought a bag of ground coffee for home because the coffee was so good. Again, fantastic service. We started discussing coffee with the girl behind the counter who turned out to be a real barrista. Next thing we know is that she scoops us out a large coffee cup full of their espresso beans to take home and try. For free! Gotta love it.

One less reason to not feel bad about moving out of downtown. There place gets a lot of my daddy daughter dates. Though I don’t believe this location has the ice cream that its other locations serves.

I wish I could get aboard the rave train for Top Pot Doughnuts, but the doughnuts I had here were as uninteresting as the last few I had there in the past. The problem with them, and with many others these days is that they have very little shortening, and a whole lot too much sugar. The sweetness level actually causes a burning feeling in my mouth, and there is no flavor added from having been fried. Sorry, but the whole point of doughnuts is that they are FRIED. If there’s no hint of that, they’re just a blob of tasteless carbs. These doughnuts aren’t any better than those at the local supermarket, and the latter may even be better. As a matter of fact, I have largely the same criticism of most sweet foods available in the U.S. today. As fat, notably butter, has been removed from baked goods, increasing sweeteners have been added, making them much more unhealthy than necessary. I’ve compared recipes in my collection dating from the 1940s-1960s with those from the 90s and later. The later versions of the recipes, even those with the same name, include consistently a larger proportion of sugar. Hello, diabetes…

5 stars for their hot chocolate and friendly service! Idk what you guys use or put in it but YUMMY! Can’t do coffee yet cause I’m preggs so hot cocoa it was, the hubs and I wanted something warm to drink as we took a walk around the lake and I only got a small cup thinking it was mediocre cocoa! Uhhh I THINKNOT! I literally think about your cocoa everytime I step into a coffee shop or brunch place! And always disappointed when it doesn’t taste like yours! Really made an impact on me! I just moved from SoCal which has an immense amount of cute mom n pop local coffee/bakery shops and this reminded me of one! Definitely one that stuck to my brain and can’t get it off my mind! I’ll def be back for a LARGER cup of cocoa and try your donuts!

Top Pot is finally in the ‘hood, hooray! We love Top Pot donuts — especially the kid — and this location does not disappoint, with a good selection of fresh, tasty donuts, friendly staff, and a nice hot latte to go alongside. There’s outdoor seating that is really pleasantly located a bit away from the traffic, to sit and enjoy a treat on a nice day. The interior is nice, clean and new, with lots of windows to let in the light. This is a great addition to the Juanita neighborhood!

Nice new donut shop in Juanita. We came in the evening and I actually got a donut(usually I just look, ooh and aah and walk out of donut shops), but since they just opened here I thought, eh, why not. I got a regular chocolate covered donut. It was okay, though seemed to be sitting for a while and not fresh. Staff were really friendly though, and patient since it took me 30 minutes to decide on which donut to get. If I felt like a donut I would come back. Maybe in the morning tho.

The people who work there are great, my only negative comment is the price. You can get the exact same Top Pot doughnut from the QFC up the street; instead of paying $ 2 per doughnut you can purchase them for $ 0.89 or less. You can also pick up a drip coffee for about the same or less. If you want a community feeling go to this location, but if you’re looking at price and just want the Top Pot doughnut go elsewhere.

The coffee was great. The donuts are just ok… I can always taste the oil they fry their donuts in. The space — awful. Why they chose to have no sound muffling in this space is a mystery to me. Loud coffee, loud furniture, loud children… omg, in this neighborhood… seriously too many loud, screaming, crying, whiny, children with parents who just sit there and let them do as they please bothering everyone else who’s trying to enjoy their coffee. A little sound muffling on the walls, ceiling, and floor would go a long way in here.

We are so very stoked to have one of these in the neighborhood now! Yippee. My family is pretty unoriginal with our likes here. Give us a dozen Double Trouble(chocolate covered chocolate) and we are super happy! As for me, I’d be so excited if they would do a coconut version of the Double Trouble. That would be perfection. Many in my family love cream-filled chocolate donuts. Unfortunately, Top Pot uses a vanilla custard which my family is not terribly happy over. They would prefer that we make the trek to Issaquah for the Krispy Kreme version. Of course at that point they also want the chocolate covered glazed ones. Ugh — that’s too much sugar. Hence my personal love for the Top Pot Double Trouble. Parking sucks at this location as does getting in and out of the complex. We typically do this with 2 people so that one can circle while they other fetches the order. Oh yeah — call ahead and preorder gets you in and out super quickly.

Top Pot in my neighborhood in a cool corner location in Juanita. Just opened in mid-Octrober 2014. Can’t complain much at this point!

YUM! It’s dangerous having a doughnut place within walking distance, but I’m so happy this place is finally open! We came in and decided to get a half dozen to take home with us. The guy who served us was really friendly and helpful. It was really hard to only pick six doughnuts so he made some suggestions for what was popular and was very patient with our indecisiveness. The place is obviously very new, but it’s also clean and the doughnuts were fresh. I do like that the doughnut case has one of everything in it, and when you pick an doughnut they get a fresh one from the trays on the side. There’s also Top Pot merch you can get as well from a little range of options on the side. While we were there, it started bucketing down really crazily, so we decided to stay a few minutes and wait out the storm. The guy who had been serving us was super nice and offered us water while we waited, and also put our doughnut box in a plastic bag so they wouldn’t get wet. I’ll definitely be back. After all, this will be my new local!

Man, words cannot even describe how ecstatic I was when I saw that Top Pot had finally opened. After months of walking by seeing nothing but construction and locked doors, I was overjoyed to see lights on and people gathering inside. The doughnuts are on par with everything that Top Pot represents. Unfortunately, the woman ringing me up was kind of rude and weirdly aggressive. The case of doughnuts is just tall enough to prevent me from making eye contact with the employees behind the counter. For that reason, I stepped to the side and asked for doughnuts. Apparently, this made her angry. I’ll still be back!
