So I had a problem with my car that required me to tow my car to a repair shop, and Buck Bros was on the list of approved shops for NAPA auto parts so I had the car towed here. I ended up having to have my car towed to another repair shop after Bucks Bros refused to work on our car because it was too broken!!! They were extremely rude the whole time we dealt with them and completely unwilling to even try and repair our car. We ended up towing the car (again!) to Harrelson’s, who fixed the car in a couple days.
I have never had as bad of an experience with a mechanic (and I have had a few) as I did at Buck Bros. Stay away form these jerks!
