Great experience! When I first called Stephen returned my call immediately (on a Saturday), and when I explained the problem he gave me a couple of things to try myself, rather than just come out and charge me for a weekend call. His tips got me through the weekend but I still needed him to come out during the week. I set the appt with his office and he showed up on time, fixed my a/c and was gone within an hour. Reasonable fee and awesome service.

Answered the phone at 8am on a Sunday. Was at the house two hours later. Courteous and professional.
Part came in next afternoon. Fixed the unit in the rain. All at a price that was more than reasonable.
