This place doesn’t even deserve a half of star! I went for contact lenses and saw Dr. Lopez who is extremely unfriendly and could care less about what the patients have to say. I told her I had a specific eye issue i was worried about, she didn’t even let me finish and said I had to see a specialist, and she would give me a Dr to call, I never got the referral info during or after my appointment. Let’s fast forward to a week later when I called to order my contacts after trying out a trial pair. I called 7 times, only get to a call center for appts and they forward you to a voicemail which the office doesn’t check on a duly basis, it’s now 2 weeks later and I’m just NOW getting a call back after the 4 msgs I left. There is sooo much I can write, especially about the most unorganized office workers but I’m sure you guys get the jift! Worst and unprofessional office ever!

Staffs knowledgement of Eye Express: They were able to explain financing very easily and we’re courteous. The eye doctor was great too although I did wait in the room for over 30 mins.

Quick Notes: The technician who orders your glasses will tell you that it takes upto two weeks for your glasses to be ready for pick up. I got mine within five days.

I have gave this company many opportunities but enough is enough. Not matter what location you Poinciana, Kissimmee or Winter Haven the service is bad. I went to get my exam done and I was not happy with the results I told one of the staff and the person when to ask the doctor again and the doctor said that it was fine, really! So I am requesting a second opinion because I have used glasses and contacts for over 30 years and one of the ladies at front counter told me she will called me and never did almost two weeks later I went and she gave an excused. Today the same lady and I am upset I don’t have her name (she is moving back to the north she told me once) gave me an attitude when I told her I was there to pick up my contacts ordered 2 weeks ago because I received a text telling me to do so. She told me that because the holiday must be a delay when I said you told me 3 to 4 days and I received a text she upset told me not to say you because she have nothing to do (are you serious) I had to tell her well you placed the order and represent this company. It is seriously ridiculous the way the staff managed customer service is BAD, unprofessional and some of them seems that don’t care about any one or anything. Same yourself a headache and go some where else I am sure will be better. And I still don’t have my contacts yet.

I wish I didn’t have to give this location a star!!! Horrible experience at this place. Emergency rooms works faster and better than this location. As a walking had to wait 2 hours the front desk lady can’t even tell you how long will the wait be as a walk in. Not only that if they call your name ones and you don’t respond they call some one else and you have to wait another 2 hours. This place is ridiculous and not only that if you want to schedule and appointment is the same way a waiting of 30 minutes to an hour. Don’t go to this place is a waste of your time you will actually need an entire day just to be seen by the eye DR. Very unprofessional
