I’m a jimmy johns lover and order from various locations all the time. Ordered from this N John Young location and received my sandwich missing 2 of the 6 ingredients listed in the sandwich description. Upon calling I was offer that the two missing ingredients be brought to me. Then when asking to talk to the manager he made it seem like a big inconvenience to bring a new sandwich. Poor business ethic if you ask me… Won’t be ordering from this location again.

I don’t know how this chain stays in business. The sandwiches are decent at best and extremely over priced. I could name about 5 other sandwich shops I’d eat at before I return to a jimmy johns.

Terrible, terrible experience at this Jimmy John’s. called at 5:30pm to place the order. Repeated my address about three times to them. By 6pm, a driver never showed up & no one had called me. I called the store & they told me something about «the driver’s phone being off or his GPS not working». Was assured I’d get fresh food «soon». It is now 7pm and I STILL HAVE NO FOOD. I called them & asked for any kind of discount because we had been waiting for so long (we are only 1 mile down the street), but whoever it was on the phone said «he’d throw in some free chips» or he could «cancel our order». You want to cancel our order when we’ve already been waiting an hour & a half? Free chips? For the love of God, your store is terribly incompetent. I’ve been eating at other Jimmy John’s for years and I’ve never had this issue. EVER.

Was a choice between Johnny Rockets and they. They have We Support our Troops in the window so we came here! Glad we did. Clean comfortable and happy. Staff was helpful and courteous. Food was fresh and delicious and inexpensive. I feel full but not stuffed. Will eat here again!

Subs are good– we have ordered them at my office several times. Now they have a location close to my home but they just don’t seem able to get the delivery order correct-​ever!
