Awesome service! The owner met with us at the rental car parking lot and helped us installed the car seats (got stroller too, which is nice and convenient) and again met with us when I return the car seats. He was prompt and on time both times.
The rental was also at a reasonable price so I would reuse them again.

For our Disney trip we rented 3 car seats and 1 single stroller. Excellent service. They met us by our car at the car rental area so that we wouldn’t have to lug the 3 car seats through the airport. They also installed the car seats! All of the items were very clean and functioned perfectly. We also really liked the stroller. Had never used that brand of stroller but it handled great at Disney. We liked it better than the City Mini Double we had brought with us. Drop off at airport car rental area was equally easy. Fantastic service and great products!

We rented a double Valco Zee 2 stroller for 8 days September 21 – 29 from P&K. We loved the service and stroller. The owners were very kind and flexible from the beginning. The stroller was waiting at our resort at 2pm as promised with a raincover and 2 extra cupholders as requested. We left it at Bell Services on the 29th at 6:30pm and there were no issues or charges with the extra hours.
The stroller has A LOT of basket space plus the console in the back. We fit a cooler, beach bag, raincover, rainsmocks and purchases easily underneath. I highly suggest getting the plastic cupholder for $ 5 each as drinks stay stable, easily accessible and don’t spill in the plastic holders. The cloth console is better for putting baby bottles, maps, sunglasses, bags, etc.,
Overall, great experience with P&K Family Rentals.

NO ONE else had a double stroller available for our last minute Disney trip. They came through within about four hours of me placing an order and followed through with an email and a phone call to double check. Wonderful service.
