ACMH Hospital

I can’t say too much for this hospital because it’s the only hospital I’ve ever been to, but my experience there wasn’t great (although I doubt most hospital experiences are). I went there one summer with really bad stomach pains and it took like ten minutes for some nurse to check me in while I was doubled over in pain. I got asked probably ten times if I was pregnant, even though they knew I said no. Then they put me in a bed but didn’t give me any medicine since I could have been a junkie. (I was 12.) After probably two or three hours of moaning in agony that was only silenced when I was unconscious, they determined I had this huge cyst on my ovary. Meanwhile I was putting up with other screaming patients less then ten feet away from my bed. I also went there one time for blood testing and the lady basically told me to man up when I passed out.
The ambulance driver was cool, though. I’ve never seen anyone negotiate Pittsburgh traffic like that before.
