Cupcake Charlie’s

Really good cupcakes we had lemon and hostess with mostess and they were to die for and the kids loved the lemon. Def going to be craving these again.

Cupcake Charlie’s is located at the Kittery Premium Outlets, which now occupies the former Noël’s Café space under the tower. Cupcake Charlie’s has several other locations throughout New England at popular shopping centers including the Natick Mall and Patriot Place.
This cute bake shop offers a good variety of frosted and filled cupcakes (gluten free available on Fridays), muffins, cupcake cookies, cake pops, cake cups, frosting shots, cupcake cakes, hot coffee (New England Coffee), iced coffee, iced tea, tea, hot chocolate and cold drinks. Each cupcake is priced starting at $ 3.25 each. Cupcake t-​shirts and gifts are also sold here too. There is also table seating inside the shop to enjoy your treats and take a break from shopping.
I stopped at Cupcake Charlie’s recently to pick up a half dozen cupcakes to bring home. They had a pretty good selection of cupcakes to choose from in the glass display case. I admit to having difficulty choosing which ones to choose since they all looked very nice to eat and very colorful too. I chose six cupcakes ($ 19.50) including Chocolate Luvs Vanilla (topped with a frosted Santa Claus), Vanilla Luvs Chocolate (topped with a mini red & green present box), Chocolate Mint Madness, Gingerbread Cookie Frosted (Flavor of the Day), Lemon Drop, and Granny’s Carrot Cup.
Each cupcake I had was very sweet, the frosting on top of each cupcake held its own until eaten and the cake texture was moist and soft. The Granny’s Carrot Cup and Chocolate Luvs Vanilla were my favorites.
Next time I stop at Cupcake Charlie’s, I’ll have to try the Charlie’s Chocolate Chip, Rockin’ Red Velvet, and/​or Funfetti if available.
