We generally stick to Hampton Inns and the Hilton chain, but this one put us off. The beds were not comfortable for either of us. And the AC/heater was very noisy; we debated going without heat and being quiet versus the opposite. The price was high enough that they should offer better quality than this.

Great staff, hot breakfast and clean facilities. The only issues are that the room is always hot and the noise from the highway can get a little much. Also the wifi is pretty terrible

Clean and quiet hotel on the west side of town. The perfect place to stay. Free parking, free wifi, easy check-in. Staff was very friendly. They offer breakfast daily. The fitness room on site is a plus. I would definitely choose this location again.

We have stayed in better Hampton Inns… bathroom was dirty, dried soap or shampoo(I hope) on the shower wall and thick furry dust on the wall vent… A/C was problematic… may be we just miss home

Nice property. Good staff. Clean room that smells good. Comfortable beds. TV works well. Decent view. Easy parking. Good wifi. Good free breakfast. Decent Coffee. Great shower water pressure. This place deserves 4 stars on that basis alone. Safe travels!

I’ve stayed at many Hampton inns because you can generally rely on them for a good, clean, comfortable stay. This location was great. The unexpected ability to park under the hotel(which saved us since it was stormy a lot while we were there) was a nice bonus. Breakfast is always ample compared to most free breakfast offerings. My one personal wish, because I don’t think it would break their bank, is to keep shelf stable soy or almond milk options in a back fridge available for this who need it. It’s not like any of their competitors do this but their breakfast is already so nice it’s be nice to consider those who need dairy free/healthier options. We are still a minority but I keep hoping. Kids love he waffle maker though! 2 other sticking points: Teach staff to keep hot water dispenser for hot water only. Everyone I tried was worthless because the water tasted like coffee. This was tragic considering they have really nice teas available but the only way to drink them was to microwave water in my room. The rooms do have a nice fridge and microwave! The downside of the room — no exhaust fan in the bath room??? Hard to clear out steam and/or other bathroom things…

Nice Hampton Inn convenient to the interstate with lots of food and shopping options available nearby. Quick check-in, typical Hampton Inn room that was clean and comfortable. They offered a moon pie as the gold/diamond amenity, which was a yummy touch. Free wireless internet. The lobby is actually on floor 2. I found it more convenient to go up the hill to the left from the entrance and park in the lot rather than using the parking deck that is straight ahead and entering the property of floor 1.

Stayed here on a last minute decision while in the area. The hotel was great, friendly & helpful staff, clean hotel, free wifi, spacious room, comfortable bed & free breakfast. The location is good, close to a few restaurants, a large shopping centre & easy access to the freeway. There is an outdoor swimming pool which my children loved. If im in the area again this Hampton Inn is at the top of my list plus you still get hilton honor points for your stay.

This Hampton Inn was great. The room was really clean. They advertise all over that the bed is soft and clean with a duvet that gets washed for each new guest. They aren’t lying. The bed was super great. The comforter was so soft and I had a great nights sleep every night I was there. The bathroom was pretty nice. I appreciated the fact that the hair dryer wasn’t attached to the wall. It makes it so much nicer to dry your hair, plus it worked better than those tend to. The fitness center was pretty well equipped. It had 4 cardio machines and one weight machine. They have an outdoor pool but it was much too cold for using that while I was there. The elevator was really fast. This might seem like a weird thing to note but I’ve been in hotels like this where the elevator takes forever and it gets really annoying. The free breakfast in the morning was actually pretty good. They have all sorts of choices, waffles, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, eggs etc. The cookies in the afternoon weren’t bad either. A great deal.

My recent stay at this Hampton Inn blew my mind. I don’t recall if I’ve ever stayed at a Hampton Inn before but my expectations were set very low upon check-in; it only took a few minutes for me to change my mind. I can’t speak for all Hampton Inns, but this Hampton Inn was a veritable Taj Mahal compared to other hotels in a similar price range that I’ve stayed in. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of their hotel and the amenities they offered. When they offer free breakfast, they mean a real breakfast. When they promise a clean room, they mean even your duvet is clean. They won my affection forever when I found complimentary eye makeup removal packs in the bathroom. I had forgetten to bring some with me and I was so grateful! I truly will try to stay in as many Hampton Inns as possible now during my future travels. I can only hope the experience will be as amazing.
