Came here to buy my first bike. First impression was their showroom isn’t very big or nice, but since they’re building next door, that’s all going to change. Bob went way above and beyond, listening to what I was looking for, then taking me through all of their buildings, just looking for the right bike for me. There were many models and years scattered around, and not all of them were HD, so if you’re looking for a used bike, this is the place. I found my Sportster at a fair price, which Bob even further dropped because the original quote was above book value. The finance process was quick and painless. I didn’t expect to be treated like a king just for buying a cheap, used bike, but I left feeling like family. It’s for reasons like this that I will be a loyal Harley owner from now on.

Bought a 2000 Softail from this dealer around a year ago. When returning to get a value on the bike for trade in on a car I was offered ¼ what I paid. When I asked why so low I was told that was the trade in value and that retail was 4000 less than I paid a year ago. Even though they refused to budge on the price when purchased and told me the bike was worth more than sticker. Needless to say, they ripped me off. Either way, you live and you learn. And I’ve learned they are a bunch of thieves and to do my research better next time. Good luck with your purchase!

My wife and I are from OH and are celebrating our 21 anniversary we wanted to do a three day ride. These guys really hooked us up.
Allowed us to store our trailer at their store, provided routes and maps. Many of them offered route advise and personal experiences. Everyone made you feel like a local regular. Thanks we had a awesome time. Great rides and great downtown Knoxville experience. We will be back

We stopped at Harley-​Davidson of Knoxville to stretch our legs and look at the bikes as we traveled from Kentucky back home to North Carolina. They had plenty of new and used Harleys, and the salesman, James Drake, was knowledgeable and personable. The salesroom was super-​clean and the bikes well displayed. When we left the dealership, we were ready for lunch, and James recommended Cheddar’s which was just across the road. That was a great suggestion!
