Solid lunch spot. The folks working here are very nice and helpful. They were out of the beef sandwich at lunch so we had the chicken salad sandwich and turkey club (minus the bacon). Portions were a good size and good flavor. Good sandwich.
I haven’t been able to go for dinner but the menu looked very creative. Hoping to go back one evening.

Found this one on Unilocal while passing through Knoxville. Had second thoughts when we found the entrance, but went in anyway… so glad we did. Everything we tried was so good! BYOB

«Five star dining in a casual bistro atmosphere»
If you enjoy dining in a chef owned casual restaurant, then Holly’s may be for you. Her menu changes seasonally and is always inventive with featured nightly specials. We enjoy sitting at the counter watching the preparation in the kitchen. My current favorite is the grilled rack of lamb alla Romano. Holly is actually the chef cooking your food. In most «chef owned» restaurants the chef comes up with the menu then leaves it to others to prepare. She is open Monday through Friday for lunch and Friday and Saturday for dinner. We usually bring a bottle or two of wine and have a wonderful dinner for $ 70.-$ 100. compared to $ 160-$ 200 for a comparable experience in many places. I would rate Holly’s as one of the top three restaurants in Knoxville. If you have only a night or two in Knoxville, skip the chains and enjoy Holly’s. BYOB, $ 10 cork fee.

CANDIED BACON. WOW.
They delivered some afternoon snacks to us at Spirited Art. Some rollers (pimento ones I did not care for), some delicious hummus (black bean and sun dried tomato) with tortilla chips, and CANDIED BACON. I’m drooling at the thought of it. So good. Go get some NOW.

We love Holly and Rachel! I had everyone at our wedding ask for Holly’s information because they loved the food so much! She was worth every penny. She took the time to get to know my husband and I to make it personal to us. The food was the best I’ve ever had! Please use Holly if you are having a wedding or event soon. She will make a special one for you and your guest!
