Janify Carpet Cleaning

Janify is amazing! We have used Janify 3 – 4 times over the past couple of years from cleaning our carpets, to cleaning our upholstery and area rug, to getting out stains from a dog toy. They always do an outstanding job, show up right when they say they will, and I’m always able to get an appointment fairly soon (they had even worked me in when my dog had some health issues and peed all over our bed and sofa). Just wonderful people and a wonderful value. They should absolutely be your first call for any carpet cleaning needs!

Janify came out to clean and seal all of our carpeting, including stain removal, and also thoroughly clean our travertine tile flooring in March. Janify did absolutely amazing work! From the high quality of their work, to their attention to detail, very reasonable pricing, professionalism, and punctuality, my wife and I were extremely happy and would work with Janify again and again, and freely refer them to our friends. We were also very impressed with Janify’s responsiveness to all of our needs, their desire to go above and beyond, and the concern they showed that we were truly 100% satisfied with the project and the outcome. In fact, when a blue paint stain in the carpeting in one of our upstairs bedrooms wouldn’t come out through their traditional stain removal methods, Janify actually came back another day with a stronger solvent to try to remove the blue pain stain and successfully removed stain for us, and at no additinal charge. We were very impressed! When their work was complete, the carpeting and travertine tile flooring looked 100% improved and like new again! We highly recommend Janify to everyone in the Knoxville area!

We used Janify to clean our carpets in mid-​February. Janify was on-​time for our appointment, did an excellent job, was an overall great value. From setting the appointment to the walk-​through once finished, Janify showed great customer service throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel pressured to add a service or sign any type of service contract for future appointments, like with some other larger companies.
Overall, my wife and I were completely satisfied with Janify, and I would highly recommend Janify to anyone in the Knoxville area!
