Unfortunately when I graduated from High School I had not taken Geometry, which was a requirement at MTSU where I was accepted but told I could not attend unless I took care of this prerequisite first. PSTCC was my first choice because of the low cost to attend, but that didn’t mean it was lacking in the quality of professors department.
I took Geometry, Piano, English and Physical Education here and passed them all with flying colors due to great teachers who taught me in smaller classes in the more one on one fashion. No matter what anyone says, I still feel smaller classes give you that attention you need to fully understand the curriculum. When someone it talking to YOU and going over the coursework firsthand with time to spare, it’s far more rewarding than someone grading a paper and you looking on a pin up corkboard later for the results.
You get the one on one’s and class discussions at a smaller school and that’s what I really loved about this place, the only drawback is that it’s in a very busy area and the traffic kind of stinks. But the school itself will get you prepared not just for you next destination educationally, but for your life ahead.
