I had a good first experience with this location. I was able to book my appointment over the phone.
The only reason I gave ⁴⁄₅ was due to the 5 – 6 pages of paper work I had to manually fill out. I really hope they get to a kiosk system in the future.
Wait time was about normal.30 minutes. Once I got in my initial diagnostics were all gathered. After that the Dr. came in 15 minutes later (again, pretty normal).
Dr. Shane Kelly was my doc and he was very nice and not in a hurry. We covered all of the history and went through my diet and routines. If he has any openings for patients then I would recommend.
And finally… Summit uses Follow My Health, which is a way to view all of your medical records and anything they record as information all online. I had my panel done and was able to download it for my employer in just a few minutes.

My husband had a 3:45 appointment for a physical. As of 4:45 he still has not been called.

My 73 year old mother was discharged without notice because she would not grant summit access to her bank account so they could deduct payments.
I do not recommend this facility. They only care about what money they can get. She was seeing Dr. Glenn Hall
