The receptionist was rude and couldn’t even give me the information I needed more old doctor to send in order to become a patient. Yet you can’t make an appointment without them having all your records first. She wanted me to have my doctor call them and wait on hold to find out what all they needed. She couldn’t believe my doctor in Michigan won’t do that. She then couldn’t believe I don’t have a fax machine. I won’t even consider the doctors if they can’t have an educated staff!!!
