This is a must if in Kauai. The views are breathtaking and the guides are top notch. We were a group of 4 that went on a sunset tour and every line was better than the next. The final line is a half mile long and absolutely the definition of freedom! It’s worth the upgrade to the flying harness if you want a truly unique experience. Ask for guides Tab and Io.

My husband and I took a very fun sunset zipline tour with Chad and Io. There were 8 lines, and all of them had wonderful views. You could smell the Eucalyptus trees on the first line and hear the cows moo throughout. The crew was gregarious with a lot of cool info and a lot of jokes to keep us loose. It all felt very safe and professional, and they even taught us a few tricks that we could do as we ziplined. They even took the time to pre-warm the snacks to optimize the flavor, which just shows that they do the little things to make it extra enjoyable.

First time zip lining and it’s awesome! Mark, Uga and Kekoa are the Best tour guide. They take pride on what they do, they make everyone feel safe and made us forget our fear. Kekoa showed us all the cool plants and their name. Mark took our picture with the Dinosaur and told us stories about the spots where they shot the Jurassic 4 and Uga The Goo goo Dolls everytime he calls us on the flat form he makes us comfortable than scared by saying…“who’s the next contestant. All three of them made our experience in zip lining memorable and Fun! Highly recommended when in Kauai book it with Koloa zipline.

Absolutely amazing experience! Awesome with our kids ages seven through eleven! Flip and Chris our guides were hilarious and supportive at all the right points. My son, seven, was nervous about the zip-lining. We were grateful that he was able to ride tandem with an adult on any lines that he wanted to and on some he was required. The views were awesome and even though we were part of a group feel like we were waiting around. They taught us cool things about the area and provided water and snacks. Highly HIGHLY recommend for families! Eat a couple nights at home if budget is an issue and throw the money at this adventure! Tip: have tacos at the taco trucks outside the registration booth for lunch or dinner SO yummy!!!

Super fun Zipline tour! 8 lines really is a good number. We’ve done other tours in the past that weren’t even close to this. Guga and Phil were fun and entertaining guides. I even went upside down once!(on purpose) Would love to try it again with our kiddos when they are old enough. Excellent family friendly activity!

Had the greatest time ziplining this morning! The course is awesome with three ziplines over a 1000 ft. The guides are super friendly(we had Sara and Io) and safety conscious. I highly recommend upgrading to the flyin’ kauaian! We’ll definitely visit again!!!

I chose Kahlua ziplining because it also offered the flying Kauaian which is a harness that straps you in by 2 two clamps and you basically take a nosedive and go flyin through the jungle. I had previously done the sitting down usual ziplining in Alaska but unfortunately their platforms we’re not very well constructed and I injured my leg causing a deep rooted infection thay came to the surface of my calf and cause me to be in pain for 3 months. I checked out the Koloa zip line company and when I found out they had this type of ziplining I jumped at the chance to do it. Isaw the ramps and their ramps were running uphill ramps they had very good braking systems so I felt very safe. Rusty and Chad where our guides and we’re very very informative skilled and helpful. I am a 63 year old woman who is not in the best shape. Some of the hikes that we took to some of the platforms were just way too much for my thighs. I met great people there who also helped me up the trails at one point Chad gave me his shoulder to lean on. That meant so much to me they’re really there for you to have a good time and do whatever necessary for this to happen. I highly recommend even if you’ve never ziplined to do the Flyin Hawaiian. I felt very safe very comfortable very exhilarating. I felt like I was Superman and loved the thrill of all the runs. Like I said they were all great I would do this again at any time please please make your reservations at Koloa zip lining you will not be sorry.

What a great excursion! Great zip lines through the trees and the last one will take your breath away. Great runs for the experienced to do some daring moves and for the beginner, like me, to feel safe and have fun! It’s all in the tour guides and Mike and Enz were so great. They were safe, fun and took great care of our group. They told great stories about the land, the island and themselves. They made it fun for all levels of adventure and made sure we all made it. Water and snacks provided along the way. The pictures they took were worth the purchase and the afternoon was great for our entire group. Safe adventure with some screams of exhilaration! Kids need to be older than 10. But even a Cautious Cathy like me had a great time!

Best outing I’ve ever been on, the dirty ATV was everything I expected and more. The sights were beautiful with a great walk through the history of the area, this is a MUSTDO. The crew that took us out was Eric and Oni, friendly right off the back and took us out for an amazing adventure through some rough off roads and amazing landmarks that you cant see anywhere else. The waterfall you stop at is gorgeous and refreshing. While were we at the stop we had a great lunch for preprepped us, that gave everyone some time to relax and chat. All I know for sure is whenever I come back im going back again for another ride, the experience beat any other Ive had on any of the islands and it made the time fly by. So if your looking for fun and to get pretty dirty this is the right place for you. It beats the beach and going on a slow tour anyday.

Fun environment and people! Really enjoyed the experience! Neat views of mountains and ocean from afar! Some hiking involved but definitely worth it. You are able to zip in different styles rather than the typical just sitting/leaning back.

Mike and Enz were fabulous guides, they were so personable and incredibly perceptive of everyone’s comfort levels. Our family of 5 finished our zip tour as the sunset and didn’t encounter many bugs. With an amazing 8 zip-lines, the locally made granola bars and cold drinks half way through were awesome! Loved everything about this tour. Thanks, from Utah!

Wow! What a great day of zipping! As a parent of 3 teenagers who typically have their collective noses buried in screens, it was GREAT seeing my family laughing and WaHOOING it up. Our guides Flip and Miles were super fun. They interspersed each zip with some great natural history of the area as well as some local fun facts. No spoilers here, but they DO save the very best zip for last. What a amazing day. We specifically chose this outfitter because of the incredible scenery, which was the backdrop for many a Hollywood blockbuster. We had an absolute blast!

I have zip lined multiple times. This is an amazing set of lines. I went on the sunset tour. It was timed amazing, and we got some great pictures and videos. Both guides, mike and Eo(? Ha), were super friendly. I dropped my keys on the bus ride to the first zip and one of the other employees helped me find them at the end of the day. Whew. Bug spray might be a good idea. The first couple zips are in the forest a bit deeper, but by zip four or five the mosquitoes seemed to be gone or I had stopped noticing. I would recommend doing the harness upgrade so you can«fly». I’ve zipped both ways, and this is the way to do it. You always have the option of sitting and even have to on two of the 8 lines, but you will feel like Peter Pan on the rest of the zips if you do the upgrade.(20 extra bucks and you can upgrade when you get there incase you book online like I did and didn’t have the option) Bring a go pro if you have one. Otherwise, bring a camera for sure. Best zip experience, Great guides. I’d go again.

The absolute best place to go zip lining in Kauai. Their staff is friendly and prep you for safety but also fun. They don’t make it seems scary at all, and genuinely want you to have a good time. We loved our tour guides. They made us laugh a lot! The scenery is breathtaking! You won’t regret doing it. We didn’t get a chance to do the atv tour– so we will have to make it back and put that on our list. About halfway through the tour, there is snacks and drinks. Oh and one hike that may be a bit hard for some people, but doable. Bring bug spray. Bring a smile. Wear comfy shoes that you don’t care about getting dirty or ruined. Bring a go pro if you have one.

We had a big group of 8 people going on this adventure and let me tell you it was just that! It had been raining all morning but the lady I made reservations had told me if they don’t call to cancel then assume its still on. So we continued. Our age group was from 17 to 46 and everybody enjoyed it. There are some steep small hills but nothing to crazy. Beautiful views(what we could see through the rain), great tour guides(thanks Peanut and Jorge), and the lines were also very awesome. It seemed never ending!

We had an awesome time here! We took our niece to Kauai for the first time and her one requirement was to go ziplining! We picked Koloa Zipline based on their great reviews and the fact that they had the island’s longest zipline … half a mile long! The whole experience was top notch! The zipline course is very lush and scenic. The tour moved at a slow ‘island pace’. You were not rushed at all which was good since it was hot the day we went in the middle of the afternoon. Our guides Mark and Flip were both fun and energetic. There is one short but steep hike during the course. Once we got to the top they passed out small bottles of water. After another zipline we stopped for snacks and ice cold water and juice … with a nice view too. The longest zipline is the last one and it is awesome! It’s LONG and totally worth the wait! My only complaint was the 2 girls in the office where you check in had ZERO aloha. Both were borderline bitchy which wasn’t a good start considering you are paying a lot of money for this great experience! Maybe they need to get out of the office once in a while and go ziplining!?!
