This review is for the Reading-​New York City bus line. I tried to take the 9 am bus to NYC, so that I could get into NY by noon. As I am standing here now, and so far the bus is 45 minutes late, with no information, no explanation, and no apologies. I would seriously recommend any other service that this. This is not a cheap bus ride, either– $ 62 for a round trip. If you can share with someone, rent a car instead. It will be cheaper, faster, and less of a headache.

Great service and extremely friendly customer service willing to help out customers when needed! They were extremely flexible given some of my extenuating circumstances — the type of customer service that one misses when living in bigger cities!
Definitely recommend Bieber Tours if it runs on the route you are seeking!
