Called early morning and was told someone would be out between 1:00 — 5:00. By 4:30 I began to wonder what was going on, so I called. The call center transfered me to the Kutztown branch voicemail — no call back. Called the call center again, this time they tried the Kutztown branch, no answer. Tried a third time and they told me it was after 5:00 and everyone would be gone for the day. I can understand if the service guy is running late — but no call is totally unprofessional.

Called Monday to set appt for Friday — had to be on Friday. Sharon @ Orkin said; appt set, a technician call me back in 24 hrs to confirm Friday AM appt. 7⁄8 — called Orkin at 8am, I did not get a call back. Service Dept not answering, call back again if the service dept. doesn’t call me within 1hr. No call from Service Dept. I called back 1:45 minutes later. CSR Nate says; call the direct number to service dept — 610−336−0344 option 1 Steve answers. Hi Steve, I am … confirming our Friday appt. Steve replies, «oh, uh, we can’t make that appointment.» Done with them.
