I strongly urge you not to use this cleaning service! I paid for a gift certificate for my daughter’s Christmas gift and when she tried to schedule the cleaning the day or 2 before her baby’s first birthday party, she first was contacted the wrong month, and then received a text in the middle of the
night the day of the correctly scheduled cleaning wanting to cancel and reschedule. When my daughter and I told her that would not be acceptable as she had 40 people coming to the party & asked for a refund, Tammy never contacted us to arrange to give us a refund. So basically I am out $ 150 for a requested refund I have not received and I had to spend a day cleaning the whole house myself in a panic, & my daughter did not get to use her Christmas gift she’d been saving for this occasion. Very undependable & definitely bad business!
