Been using Lucy for a great styling job. Was told today that she left Supercuts. Does anyone know where she went to? I really would like to follow her to her new location. Thanks!

Oh gosh, for a supercuts this place is really great. I rarely get haircuts… like ever! I came here last minute because I got a HORRIBLE haircut and needed it fixed like ASAP. They were really great and took the time to ask me a bunch of questions as they went and cut my hair. They made sure that I knew how they were going to fix it and how I wanted it to look in the end. They totally saved my hair. It ended up SUPER short, but I was happy with how it turned out.

This place is the best of the best! Lucy, Jasmine, Amy, and Araks are all the best people to do hair. They have been cutting our family’s hair for over 10 years now and will never go to another place. Kristen the manager runs a great shop! Free parking in front lot.

Every time I come to this salon I regret it. Bottom line is that they charge so little for haircuts that the stylists are always in a big hurry to get to the next customer so they don’t really listen or take their time with your hair. End result is that they take too much off or it’s just a bad haircut etc. Done, done and done.

Yo… straight up… this place is garbage. The ladies here don’t know how to cut men’s hair… I know places in Ktowm that charge eight bucks and can give you a mean cut, but this place is just too ridiculous. They don’t know how to give you a good fade or line-up and take literally 5 minutes with your hair. They care so much about other customers they got lined up that they don’t take time to give you the look you want. You’re better off trying to find an actual barber. The vibe I get here is that they want your money and tip for the least amount of work and effort possible. From observation it seems like they spend more care with the the women’s hair, so if you’re a man wanting that fresh cut for your date or just to get that clean cut then this is not a place where you want to get your cut. Gentleman, fair warning, this place will not do the best job with your cut. $ 15 for lack of care… definitely not worth it. Drop it to five to eight bucks and maybe then I would add a star or two.

This Supercuts also cuts women’s hair. it was Sunday around 2:30 and I walked in the Supercuts and they close at 4:00. She did a good job. The other hairdresser was also cutting another woman’s hair into a bob. He did a very nice job and he understood English a little better. They are an elderly couple and the shop was quite empty and I didn’t have to wait to get my hair cut There is a dollar fee if you use credit card. I only gave four stars because I had a trim. She layered the edges because I have medium length hair.

Not as busy as lower Glendale and a much friendlier staff. Don’t expect a $ 100 haircut for $ 16, but I reserve Lucy every time and she does a great job

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet! Jasmine Feltman cuts and styles my hair. I’m the rainbow girl from the photos, and she has never made me feel rushed or burdened even though I know I have a lot of hair and that it takes a lot of time and effort. I would have never believed you could get a cut and color like this at a SUPERCUTS! Be sure to let her know that you came in because of my review — she’s the best.

This Supercuts is full of great services from just a haircut, To a scalp massage or color. I recommend getting the supercuts App… Very simple as 1.2. &3. You could select your time that’s Available. And the service that you want to get. when Arriving just check in at the front desk. You might just wait a few Minutes but it’s worth it.

They are good for simple easy cuts. We had Angie color our hair and did very sloppy work. Uneven coloring and faded out completely within a few days. Then she blamed it on everything but her work. I rarely write bad reviews but this time it was needed.

High and Tight: That’s all that was needed — simple enough. Nope! I had to fix my sons haircut before going back to Camp Pendleton. Such and easy haircut and they couldn’t even do that. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Nice folks. Since I only need my ponytail trimmed, I don’t need a flashy bunch of stylists prancing around and adding to the overhead.

I used to go to «regular» salons and pay $ 60-$ 100 for a haircut, but at some point realized that the cuts I get aren’t really complicated enough to justify the price tag. Hence I was at Supercuts today. I went here on a Thursday morning and there was no wait. I opted for the tea tree oil scalp massage with my shampoo and cut. It was well worth the extra $ 10. The lady who cut my hair(last chair on the left — she has red hair) was really good. I brought a picture of a simple cut that I wanted and she accommodated it. Supercuts policy is to not dry your hair when they cut it, but I was pleasantly surprised that the stylist did dry it enough to make sure that the ends were evenly cut and that it will lay properly when it’s fully dry. All in all it was a shampoo, tea tree scalp massage, and haircut for $ 28. Good deal.

To start… i am not a «Supercuts» guy. I tend to search out the local barber shop with the andy cane pole. A month ago I was in desperate need of a haircut, was in the area and low on cash. I stopped in. Front desk woman was extremely nice and although the place looked busy got me a seat in less than 5. Now I’m terrible with names but the girl who cut my hair was fantastic! Gave me a shampoo making my head all minty tingly and got rid of the dry scalp problem i developed. Along with great conversation. Which for me is a huge plus cause there is nothing worse than someone cutting your hair in silence while you have no choice but to stare at them in the mirror. So in short. I had a great experience loved the cut i got and would go back again and again. I just remembered the woman who cut my hair is from Ohio or Portland.

I have been coming here for about 2 years. I have always gotten the haircut that I have asked for. Sometimes I have brought a photo to show. I have always been treated professionally. All the stylists who work there have been there at least 2 years and are consistent. I have no complaints about this SuperCuts.

I live within a few minutes of this place and have been a customer since roughly 2001, but I have had it up to my hairy eybrows with it — or rather, with that rude woman they’ve got stationed at the reception desk. The haircuts themselves are no better and certainly no worse than any at comparable budget haircut places: If you, like I, do not believe in blowing exhorbitant cash for a depilitation job that will look precisely the same as any other, at any price, in roughly ten days’ time, then Supercuts is a good, quick place to get it taken care of. This Foothill Blvd. location’s cosmetologists are generally competent to handle cutting hair — I’m a guy, which means I never require any kind of fancy styling — for women, YMMV. The worst I’ve ever gotten here is that standard thing where you tell the person how much you want cut off, then she gets to talking and daydreaming and you end up with a crewcut. Not to worry, «The only difference between a good haircut and a bad haircut is two weeks,» indeed. But that’s…once you’ve gotten beyond that rude, condescending, hostile … ah, I’m looking for the gender-reverse term for«misogynist» and don’t think one exists… apparent, umm, «male-hating» personality they’ve got stationed at the reception desk. If you’ve been here you know the one I mean: I won’t describe her physically(so as to preserve her anonymity,) but if you’ve been, you know the one I mean. I’d dealt with her before and had just shined the hostility on. Today I came in after work and approached the counter with the intent of asking about the wait time(there were five or six people seated.) This misplaced monarch was having an extended chat with a departing customer, so I stood patiently. And stood, and stood, and stood, and stood. Oh, she looked at me a couple of times in passing; I’m almost positive that my presence registered in her consciousness at some point. But she could not be bothered to acknowledge that presence, much less to extend the simple courtesy of a «One moment please.» There was just the occasional glance and smirk. Yes: I got the impression that she was actually getting some kind of weird charge out of subjecting me to her condescending rudeness. The attitude fairly shouted«I’ll get to you when I damned well please, and you’re gonna take it, heh-heh.» After a long minute or so of this I just turned to the wall and started reading the shampoo bottles, on the expectation that perhaps one of them might offer something more in the way of human civility than this… employee… was willing to offer, or maybe even release a bubble or two of shampooey sympathy for the unprovoked, random abuse to which I was being subjected. No luck there either, but she finally condescended with a «I’ll be riiiight with you.» You’ve heard that same thing — that not-so-subtle extended«i» dispensed in the manner of an officious schoolmarm pushing aside a troublesome child. Yeah, that. Eventually she wrapped up her rambling banter and answered my question, with that same smirk and that same snooty ‘tude: «Twenty minutes to a half-hour.» By this time I couldn’t have cared less if they’d had some kind of H.G. Wells time-travel chair and a way to get me finished and out of there a half-hour *before* I’d arrived. I was out the door and down the road. That noxious creature will never have her precious attention taxed by my subhuman presence again, and the Supercuts location at 2196 Foothill Blvd will never get another stinking dime of my business as long as I shall live. Enough already. At this point I’m not particularly concerned with the fate of this particular establishment, but someone ought to tell the manager of this place that: 1. You do not build, maintain nor grow a healthy business by p*ssing off your longtime, local customers on a consistent basis; 2. If you have an employee with a personality condition characterized by chronic, unprovoked rudeness and randomized hostility to innocent bystanders, it is likely a good idea to assign her to a position that does not, by its very nature, require that she come in contact with the public. There is a hair joint(Great Clips? — no, it’s another chain but ‘can’t think of it at the moment,) literally two doors immediately west of this one, just beyond Import plaza and Blockbuster. Similarly, there are a number of non-chain places within a twenty-block distance farther west along Foothill, and dozens more down in Glendale and Burbank. It’s possible you might wander in when that officious personality is not on duty, but please. You have options. You do not deserve this kind of in-your-face abuse from someone whose very paycheck depends on your patronage, and you do not need to provide a continued revenue stream for a place irresponsible or uncaring enough to employ such a person. Avoid this place at all costs — or don’t say you haven’t been warned.

Going to get a haircut at this place is like getting financial advice from a homeless guy, I STRONGLYDONOTRECOMMENDIT. lol i went here a few months back instead of my usual place in Glendale because it was closer. baddddd mistake. where the heck did they get their cosmetology license? online? pfft. i swear i wanted to shave my head after they botched my haircut so bad. i guess i’ll be sticking with my regular place in Glendale. if this place were a student and i was the principle, it would sooooo get suspended. lol
